Dunkin'

Tried ordering from the Drive-Thru, asked the girl to repeat my simple order back to me, once I heard it was wrong I corrected her, she still kept saying whatever she wanted to say. I Came inside its extremely dirty. The entire time all you hear is bro this bro that from the girl taking orders at the Drive-Thru and the cashier with his hoodie over his head that took my order..Ghetto at its worse.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. They NEVER get my order right, rather I do it mobile or in person. There is always a very long line (as all fast food places during this pandemic) and the inside to walk in is never open so you’re forced to wait in the long car line and very rare when you go to receive your items will the person understand English so if anything is wrong (which most of the time it is) you’ll have to correct it w/ customer service.

I gave this Dunkin many tries and they manage to screw up every single time. The line takes at least half an our in drive through, no matter how many cars are there. The food is always the wrong temperature and they often forget you even ordered it to begin with. The drinks are also not the same quality as you get at other Dunkins. I drive an extra 10-15 minutes for Dunkin over this one every time.
