This place needs to re-evaluate their management and staff training. I was just travelling through and stopped at the drive through to get something to eat. There was a bit of a line up, which I was fine with. I placed my order and went to pay. There was no one in sight in the window. I drove through to the next one, only to be told “you haven’t paid, I can’t give your order”. I was told to drive right around again and re-order and pay, and by then it would be ready to go. I did all of this. But my food wasn’t ready, and they kept questioning what I had ordered and if I had actually paid. I told them the exact order which I had paid for. The lady serving me just said “ok jeez fine, no worries”. I was then given cold food, and the wrong order again. I was in a hurry to get home, so I didn’t want to wait again. But I will not be going back to this place whenever I’m passing through

Dirty, poor service, although one kid was a master at taking orders and did an amazing job once he got around to me, left all alone to do about 7 different jobs whilst a manager stood around the corner on his phone hiding, and others mucked around with each other... 1 of the most poor team performances of any maccas staff team ive witnessed and food wasnt worth eating, almost $30 thrown away... macacs on other side of town, same owner, opposite result in regards to all aspects of above

we ordered thru menuloge and only received half our order and have had the same problem for the last 3 months with missing items out of orders.one time we ordered a nugget meal only got chips and sauce no nuggets no drink.i ring the store and get told nothing they can do about it ring menulogue. poor customer service on both the store and menuloge to resolve these expensive repeated mistakes .some orders missing 15+$ in food ..

Seems to be a huge lack of management at this place, the past 5-6 times I've come here to grab dinner I've waited for around 15-20 mins, in one case almost half an hour to receive 1 meal and all those times either no other customer except me or 3 or 4 other people were inside waiting. Times waiting in there there would be a few people walking in from the drive through from messed up orders. A few staff are kind and have work ethic but others especially out the back most nights lay back and talk and work at their own pace
