Burger King

Second time I pass by here and it’s always closed at 10, google says 10:30 and their ad on the window says 11, owner should look into this, I was ready to get a few meals for me and the family but they are always close way earlier, I was there by 10, I noticed the shut the outside lights manually as I drive in so people don’t try to come in anymore

I came here today for a whopper meal and ordered a number one. They got my order correct however, upon taking a bite of my food, it tasted funny. I'm pregnant so I assumed maybe it was my taste buds but upon looking down at my burger, all I saw was VERY pink meat. I cannot eat uncooked meat and was very upset. I called the location upon which the woman on the phone responded to my situation with "Ok, well, the cook we have is a really good cook so what do you want? A free burger?" To which I responded that I just got to work and I didn't want a free burger, I just wanted her to be aware so the issue didn't happen to someone else in a similar situation. She got really rude, and I admit though I am ashamed, and I hung up on her. I immediately called corporate and explained my situation to which they will be opening an investigation on the situation. I will NEVER return to this location again. Rude management and awful food. The person who initially helped me was very kind and sweet, but the woman rolling her eyes at me that walked behind her because the cashier at the window forgot my mozzarella sticks? That was uncalled for. I could have just told her that they weren't in the bag. It was fine. And the voice of the woman who handed me my mozzarella sticks is also the same woman I spoke with on the phone who got snippy with me. It was an AWFUL experience.

I normally don't review this bad but I had to warn y'all. The staff doesn't know what they're doing and the food was just gross overall. Manager walked in and saw customers and didn't attempt to help the staff... I think the empty parking lot shouldve been a warning. Chicken fries were skinnier than my pinky and nuggets were dryer than a girl you're texting that's not interested in you. So yeah have fun trying this place out

I don’t think this location is open anymore. I went last week and although it seemed to be open and there were employees inside, I waited at the drive through for around 10 minutes before pulling up to the window. The woman inside looked at me but didn’t answer when I asked if they were open, then walked away. I just called and no answer. Must have shut this location down.

We happened to come to this location because it's quick and right by the freeway. We used the drive thru this time around. I used my coupon. They asked for the code at time of ordering. I was then greeted by this young gentleman named Athony. This cashier was so cool and collective. Thanked me for ordering. Asked if I wanted anymore ketchup. It was so refreshing and sobering to have had someone deliver excellence during these crazy holidays. To anyone at Burger Kind head quarters. Give this kid praise and a raise. When I thanked him for his pure honesty. He had told me this was his 3rd day on the job. Please keep this kid for future management. I would hire this individual if I had a position open. It was 530pm tonight is when we drove through the drive thru. Next time I come back. I'm going to ask if they gave Anthony kudos. If not, I will contact Burger King directly. This kid is going places! Great Job BK for acquiring him!

If your trying to go to this one or the other burger King further down on the same street just go else where both are slow and both when you drive up they have you waiting a good while wondering if they are open I drove up and literally drove back around I should of just left also a simple hi we'll be with you shortly is enough to let anyone know oh okay they are open
