Maybe it was just bad timing but when I walked into dunkin my first impression was that it was very dirty , there were more than enough employees working to sweep the floor. Now I could be coming in at the wrong time but it was a badi tinvitation to me.

Slow. As. Hell.
Standing in line for 20 minutes. Went next door to the mcdonalds and had faster service there. Not sure what it is with Dunkin Donuts and needing 30 minutes for 3 people in line.

This is my favorite Dunkin! Unless I have no choice, I always go to this one, even if it’s an extra 15 minute drive. The staff are incredibly friendly and always do a wonderful job. Plus, they make perfect matcha lattes unlike any of the other Dunkins that I’ve been to nearby!

Terribly slow here. It was aggravating to stand in there for 20 minutes and watch the lady move like molasses just to put one thing in the oven and then them too busy chatting with each other to take care of customers. I watched an argument happened between a customer and find me who asked for a refund because he couldn’t wait any longer. Some nosy woman to his left started fighting with him because she thought he was being mean to the staff. But he was totally right. Behind me and people kept coming and going because they couldn’t wait that long. This is the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to!

It took my over 15min to get a tea and a bagel made me late for work. I got there 630am on a sat. Isnt the first time really slow in the morning. Much better in the afternoon

Im a everyday customer since I work in the same plaza and I need my coffee and bagel , but this is about the 4th time I go to this business place and I get a strong smell of marijuana after talking with the lady that works there, and I’m not going to be doing business here anymore because I do not like the fact that it’s okay for employees doing drugs and working with food that others consume god knows what that girl does to peoples food on accident due to marijuana usage! I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore to my friends or anyone else! It’s disgusting 0 drug tolerance in my book!

Tried to buy the Dunkin Donuts new extra charge coffee it's supposed to be $2 for a medium when I got to the register the employee wanted to charge me $3.80 and I tried to tell them on the sign right on the window of the building it says $2 medium coffee they didn't want to listen and they said that it's an extra charge of $2 on top of the cost of a medium coffee which didn't make any sense to me because a medium coffee comes out to $2.42 which would have made it over $4.50 so I just gave up and said give me just a medium coffee then I got a lot of attitude because they rang up the $3.80 and had to go back and corrected to $2:42 , I would have liked to try the new coffee but I guess at this Dunkin Donuts it wasn't going to happen without me paying extra for it, this is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to its employees that don't care is the problem at this Dunkin Donuts
