It would be nice if they informed their customers when they were out of something instead of just delivering an order without a major component and making that person go through support to get a refund and re-order their lunch. I would've preferred to get a different item and now I have nothing to eat and won't be able to in time for my break. Some other locations inform their customers.

Got both my coffee's wrong that I ordered ahead for and they were not ready when I got there. Also no drive thru and getting in and out of parking lot is annoying
