Burger King

Morning service. I drove through the drive thru and was greeted with an enthusiastic greeting from a female member of the staff. She continued to be up-beat and positive throughout the exchange of giving me my order, paying for it was wishing me a great day. Her positive attitude was contagious and made me day. Sorry, I did not get her name but she was either a mix; Caribbean or African American in her 20s. Great service.

The absolute worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life. If you can even get anybody that "works" there to take your order it is wrong or just bad food. They got me once and i gave another chance thinking maybe they were just having an off night but nope. Please take the few extra minutes and drive to the BK on highway 99. They always do an outstanding job

I live 3/4 of a mile from this BK on Old Fort Parkway in Murfreesboro, so I visit about once a month. Food was decent and usually is, but the employees were a bit rude…no greeting? Also, the drive through associate doesn’t take alternating orders from the outside lane. 3 cars got their orders on the inside lane ahead of me. That can be a bit frustrating. 4 stars for being short handed and still producing a good, hot, fast food, meal.

The last 2 times that I have been to this Burger King, I received old food. Soggy burgers not made correctly, soapy/chemical tasting drinks, cold fries, and jalapeno cheddar bites that were so dried up that they were hollow inside. For how slow the drive thru is, you would think that they were in there making the food fresh. But no, they take forever and serve you hours old food. Being short staffed is not an excuse to serve inedible items.

The worst Burger King I ever experienced and my daughter loves their bacon double cheeseburgers. I went to Burger King last Friday, rushing to work trying to grab me and my family something to eat cause I had not cooked. I waited for 10 minutes only for my fries to be so hard and cold and the sandwich to be so warm the cheese wasn’t melted on none of the whoppers. I called and spoke with Austin who was very pleasant and told me he’d replace my order just let them know I spoke with him when I came and that he’d be working the next day. Of course just eating Burger King we weren’t interested in it the next day however when I decided to go today and get my replacement and was denied and told that I was a lie because Austin wasn’t working that day. Employees are rude and so is Roman the general manager who backed his employee up for refusing me my order or my money back. Austin again was very kind and willing to replace my order after I had to wait 20 minutes for him to arrive to work and verify everything I said was true. We just moved in the area and WILL NEVER return to this Burger King.
