Burger King

Filthy dirty everywhere we looked. One clean table in the dining room but still food on the seat. Enough hand prints on the glass door to cover a weeks worth of filth. Cashier was clueless & gave us the impression we were at fault for trying to order food. Had to repeat our order 4x [1 whopper combo, fries & drink. 1 whopper combo, minus onions, swap rings for fries & a drink - for here]. Vile music in the dining room and I quote 'n***a get a gun, gotta kill everyone' --- not the Burger King image we have come to expect. Thought I was in a 3rd world country but no, this is BK. I will eat out of a dumpster before I will go here again. Tried to post pics of the door but the ones that show how nasty they were keep getting deleted from here. Hmmmm...

I have always have good service, good food (for a fast food joint), courteous servers. Sometimes any business can get overwhelmed and fail to meet expectations. I'm usually there for a dozen sausage and biscuits and then go, so maybe I don't see what others see at different times of the day! I still go, and I still get good food and good service. Don't nitpick!

Had to wait too long for my order. My order came on a filthy tray. The Whopper was awful, the patty was dry and tasteless no way it didn't have filler in place of beef. The bun was so dry it was crumbling in my hands. If it wasn't for the ketchup there would have been no flavor at all. It really should be ZERO STARS! I will never be back to this store.

I walked in this Friday morning and waited along with another gentleman for 2-3 minutes before anyone came to front to take order. The employees there were disorganized and out of sync. While standing there looking around it was very obvious a big lack of pride in their store. Appliances and high traffic areas were dirty, coffee was luke warm, she had to hunt for cream and sugar so I knew asking for a stirrer was a stretch so used a drinking straw. I ordered ultimate breakfast platter but the didn't have pancakes so ordered something else. Once I received my food I noticed frustration from customers after me. I seldom make comments but when I do, my heart is to inform so the business can improve and not fail. I hope management steps into this store and does what it takes to get things on the right track and monitors it to ensure it stays there.

Went through the drive through and was given awful service. The person taking my order kept talking to someone else and kept saying "huh" every other word I said and acted like she was in a hurry even though it wasn't busy. They didn't have cheesy tots even though it was indicated on their menu looks, they didn't have any more sweet and sour sauce and their Coke machine was broke so no more drinks. One of the most unreliable BKs around.

I’ve gone here multiple times within the last few months and the drive thru service was amazing I was in and out quickly and my food was prepared correctly. Inside the restaurant it was a clean and organized establishment and I recommend this Burger King before all the rests. Also their ice cream machine is always working.

Messed up my order three seperate times in a row. And the last time, I came through the drive thru, they forgot to give me my drink. I had to turn around (during my lunch break) and they were very unprofessional and lied. I worked in the food industry for 15 years so I understand every once in a while, there are mistakes. But on a consistant basis??? Get it together management.
