The mall has changed so much over time, some better and some not so much. Belk's has been having some great sales. Bath and Body Works is another go to. JC Penney is gone and replaced by Roses. JoAnn Fabrics is at the mall but not accessible from inside the mall. Chick-fil-A is still there, as well as Cato, Claire's and Shoe Carnival.

They have some great stores but have several empty. I did see that they are renovating so will hopefully get some new stores.

Truely sad...nice mall, but know up-to-date line of clothing, shoes or life in it...It need a new owner very quickly

I am a wedding filmmaker and I like to deliver the film's hard drive to brides in a special Box. I came here looking for something very specific at Joanne's fabric and crafts store and EVA really outdid herself with the service service. The Box that she helped me find was amazing and I will continue to come here in the future.. We really have to support our local businesses if we want to continue to have local businesses.. THANK YOU EVA

I hadn't been to Monroe Mall in quite a while. Was really impressed with all the great stores they have. I was at Northlake Mall a while back and was NOT impressed. Worth a visit to "Monroe Crossing"

Always an easy in and an easy out, this mall is never overcrowded! And if anyone has little girls, just know that Claire's it's moving today beside of t.j. Maxx and Ross's in Monroe.

Parking lot is terrible need paved properly and there looked to be a massive hole in the building. Many lots are vacant so it appears to be struggling.
