This subway is so much better then the surrounding towns I have to choose from hands down. Their customer service is ALWAYS wonderful and their actual food is too! Always fresh, always just how I order it, and really tastes better then the 2 in my own town. MUCH better! Please don’t change a thing, you all have a great subway! It’s a nice thing to be greated so wonderfully after a long day of work by such nice people AND my food is never disappointing!

It was fast service and helpful. There is one unisex bathroom that is rather small, but was clean. Parking is right in front. Subway is located in strip mall next to Mexican restaurant. I would visit again when I am in Macon.

We stopped at this Subway while passing through and were amazed at the customer service. The employees clearly love their job. They were friendly and quite personable.

Food was great and employees were very nice and clearly loved their job. Only downside was bathrooms were a bit dirty but that's not too big of a problem. Would eat there again.

My daughter and I went for a sub around 11:30 September 10th. They had a wonderful staff, they were very kind, and the food was fresh. Unlike the subway at loves they had everything I asked for (honey oat bread).

Went it a long time ago, asked for a Chopped Salad with Tuna, and Was informed that ...."The Chopped Salad was For People Whom were Too Lazy To Chew Their Food". And this was said to me by the employee taking orders, and he said that his Manager said that to him, whether or not that's true, I'll never know. Needless to say, I am not fond of The Macon Subway.....Just Not Good Management to Insult A Customer for ordering what's offered on their Menu....I don't even know if the chopped salad is still offered now.... I really don't care anyway.

Mighty good. Had Subway's brisket sandwich, on oat, with extras and lots of sauce. Not only was that tasty but so was the service. Greeted vicaciouly, taken care of quickly, and pleased with the sandwich.

Definitely my favorite Subway restaurant ever! Enjoyed talking to Chris and Chrissie--the service was excellent, no waiting, and it's hard to go wrong with a Subway sandwich.
