Taco Bell

I was very pleased with the customer service I received today when I dined in at this specific location. Everyone of the workers were courteous and professional. There has been times in the past were I have been to this location and the employees were very unprofessional but the staff today that worked during lunch hours were awesome!

It's Taco Bel so it's always a gamble. Sometimes, like this evening, you wait in the drive thru line for a VERY, VERY, VERY long time. The staff could be a bit more professional but most if them are babies so they're still learning about customer service. The most disappointing thing today - after the extremely long wait, both mine and husband's food was cold. Better luck for us next time hopefully.

they messed up my order by giving me two bean and rice burritos and one fiesta veggie burrito, but that's not what I paid for and I can even see on my bank account that I paid more for less (fiesta veggie costs more) and they didn't even make the fiesta veggie right. they didn't even make one of the bean and rice burritos right neither; they put rice on one side and beans on the other. Besides messing up my order once the cinnamon twists were so disgusting I didn't even eat them one time. Not sure what they did or what happened to those but that did not turn out that great. Can't you hire employees that are at least worth having? Stop hiring sub-pars.

On average this place is gonna not be what you where hoping for. Cold food especially the fries They seem to just keep things warmed after they cook them first thing so if you come up here mid day you are going to get old food. If you come at a busy time when they are making fresh stuff you have to wait forever just to get a wrong,sloppy or skimpy order. I never had a good hard taco from this location ever.

Placed an order for a party pack and received a cleaning rag half wrapped with a soft taco. No answer at the store when I called several times, doors locked, employees can't see you, so waiting in the drive through to get this fixed.Absolutely unacceptable even in a covid free world. The rag is thoroughly soaked with some sort of cleaning chemical and whatever was wiped off of the counter. It's making me sick just thinking about it as I type this 🤢 negative 5 star review!
