The worst customer service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks. The girl in the drive thru had an attitude, no “hi”, “thank you”, or anything. I placed a mobile order that was wrong but didn’t notice until I drove off. I called when I got home just to let them know that the “sweet cream” had zero sweetness (I’ve had this plenty of times before so aware of what it’s supposed to taste like), and the girl on the phone (I’m assuming the same girl) proceeded to try to argue with me about my drinks. I simply told her that I just wanted to make them aware, in the case someone else orders the same drink. I was not asking for a refund, or even drinks to be remade since I was already home. But she would not stop trying to argue. I eventually hung up because it was not even worth it. Customer service 101 - apologize and offer to make it right. I’ll stick to other local coffee shops from now on.

I went into this location and for the first time I received horrible service. I went through the drive through to pick up a mobile order. The girl was obviously not having a good day. She handed me my drink that I had ordered, and rudely closes the window not even receiving a thank you. I stayed in line because I was waiting on the rest of my order that she did not hand me, after not seeing me move she finally opened up the window again and asked me what I needed. I told her I still needed the rest of my order and showed her on my app. After realizing that the order was right beside her she handed it to me rudely and closed the window. I proceeded to call the manager and instead of apologizing for her behavior. He also rudely told me that she had 4 jobs. I understand everyone is struggling with staff right now, but there is still no excuse for poor customer service.

Service was the worst ever we were told how we ordered our drink wrong I ordered cookie crumble frappe what i got was a mocha frappe they were out of peppermint out of whip out of straws and that was just three of the four things i asked for and didnt get ill be driving a bit further to avoid this location or just go to mojos instead
