Always a cracking time at the Gregson, and perhaps my top place in Lancaster for a beer. Extremely friendly, lovely community atmosphere, clean and tidy, and always a good buzz with events on. Top spot.

This must be the beast deal in town. A hand crafted coffee plus a home baked cake all for just £5.00. Absolute bargain - not forgetting the ambience of the place. It’s a privilege to have somewhere so close to home 👍🏻

Such a lovely cafe - bar - community hub - art centre.
We popped in for a beer and a soft drink and the setting and staff are lovely.
There is lots of art on the wall for sale and the selection of cakes on offer were going down a storm with the rest of the visitors at the centre.

The events they do are super great and they facilitate community activities well, however, as a non-drinker I wish they would teach their volunteers how to make coffee. I also wish they would label their baked goods accurately.
Nice staff and a good pub I'm sure, but it's not a café yet. I would rather just donate to them for the good work they do than risk the coffee/snacks.
