Got subway for dinner but couldn’t eat it they didn’t read my order because I said no olives or onions but they put them on then I was missing two drinks from and got the wrong cookies and everything like that

We go here quite often and usually it is ok, but tonight I waited ages and paid for a footlong wrap but only got as much stuff as I’d expect in a 6”. They weren’t well wrapped and I could tell they were understaffed- there was only one staff member out front and about 5 customers in line.

Very bad customer service, the staff, Immy, was making an online order when we walked in. She didn't even look at us or greeted us for almost 5 minutes. Didn't even answer when we greeted her. The service when preparing was also very cold and angry that we disturbed her with our presence. This customer service was one of the worst I have ever seen.

Very poor communication and worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was served by an employee named IMMY and treated in a very rude behaviour. Did not even look up when we entered did not answer our greeting. She was very angry while making our subs and blatantly using harsh tones with us.

Can’t comprehend how bad the communication/service is here. EVERY time I order something from Uber eats from this store they stuff it up. Somehow then can’t seem to follow it up to fix mistakes, I will never be ordering from here again. If you want you to forget things from your order abs add stuff to your order that you didn’t even ask for then please use the subway Labrador store 👏🏼 If I could give no stars I would 😀

Asked for my sub to be toasted, not toasted. Ordered it through uber eats and it came as a full sub not cut in half. Asked for extra jalapenos and got none.
