Not very happy today, always had good service but the last couple times we have been getting more and more shell.
Then today we had this big chunk in the middle of my partners muffin... think you need someone else doing the eggs🤬🤷🏼♀️

We enjoyed our Meals at McDonald's after over a week without.

Terrible experience. A guy in black shirt asked us to park in waiting bay for our sundae and it’s been 5 mins and we got nothing. The guy then came out and said ice cream machine’s broke down and asked us to get refund in store. THATS FINE!! GUESS WHAT? When I entered the store, the guy put me aside and was chatting with another crew. IM IN A RUSH MATE. It’s totally terrible experience

It's maccas. Nothing out of the ordinary. Meals right most of the time and decent enough customer service. Only complaints may be that they seem to request that you "park in a bay" more often than not, and the speed bumps in the car park (2 bumps in the space of about 3 meters) are quite violent to drive over with one being at a bit of an angle, and the other perpendicular to the traffic.

Found a booger on the lid to my burger. I come here a lot and its usually good but I’ve had hairs in my burger and had a normal quarter ponder given to me when I’ve ordered a double on 3 seperate occasions… not good enough guys

Nothing special to note about this McDonald's, it's like any other, I have experienced no order mishaps here. The location is good, being in the same block as KFC and hungry Jack's, meaning you're spoiled for choice. It's right next to Kingston centre and just off the highway, so in ready reach from either spot.

Bit of a hit and miss. Sometimes they are great but quite a few times I have come back with missing items 😔 this has been via Ubereats and also going though drive thru. But wonderful staff and always happy to help.

Small parking spots. Slow at clearing tables. Originally got the incorrect drink, luckily I took a receipt so there was no questions. Terribly dirty bathrooms but you can't expect much in a public bathroom anyway.
On the plus side the staff were friendly and we're always smiling.
Has a playground with three slides.
