If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here for breakfast and my order was literally rock solid freezing cold like they just took it out the freezer and served it as is, I went back to get a "fresh" one and it seemed warm on the outside and when I bit into it, it was still cold!! Horrible experience. Never coming back to this location again

This location is pretty much busy all the time and opens till 2 am during the week and 3 am on weekends, which is a good convenience for the community. Staff is nice, Havana-cuban style at the moment of approaching any customer's complaint. I haven't had any words with any of them other than taking order and paying for my food but food is good overall except when they tell you that they don't have in stock what you've asked for.

Waiting 10 mins in line and not one person acknowledged me. The manager encourages rude and uncourteous behavior. Wendy's will never get my money. Cuban's please do better.

Customer service non-existent, didn’t even give us straws, or ketchup, I had to ask for the sauce and that’s after they ignored me. The fries were cold. Very disappointed as it’s right down the street from my house. But never again going back. Probably only for the frosty unless they mess that up too.

NEVER GO AT THIS WENDYS.
The person that was attending the drive thru at 10:30ish was very disrespectful he ask for a second firts and then while i was saying my order he interrupted me and ask for another second. When he was finally ready for take my order he said that i have to find the right thing because that even exist (combo#11) he even said FUC….
