Man behind the counter recommended I try this cashew treat, as I wanted something sweet. He told me it tastes best at room temperature and that since it's coming from a refrigerator, I should let it sit on the table for 30 minutes. I got a quarter pound for $4. They also sell containers on the right wall. Pleasant atmosphere and there is a table and a few chairs in the center. There are menus in front of the register.

Went to buy jilebis, an indian dessert. Initially, the guy in the store said that they ran out. Then he spotted some packed one on the side. He said they were made yesterday. When I brought it home it was quite stale. It’s a shame that some store owners lie to sell the goods. I am guessing it doesn’t dawn on them that they lost a customer forever. Quite sad!

Last weekend, we were visiting New Jersey from some other state and we were in a mood for nice gujarati thali. So we asked our friends who lives in that neighbourhood. As per their recommendation, we went there. To my surprise, there was no other customer. There were people who came to pick up their catering order. We weren't sure about our meals, but then we decided why not..We are here, let's give it a shot. First of all, food was really authenticate and fresh and they serve you personally. It feels great to have personal service (like back in Gujarat) Price was quite reasonable. If you eat indian food more often, you can easily tell if it's fresh or not. Since these people are in catering business; they always have fresh food. So, next time, you are skeptical of nobody eating there; don't worry; just give it a shot..and i can assure you won't regret.
