Wendy's

I'm not sure whether to give one star or two. because Wendy's food is always good, but that's standard between stores this place ain't special. however. what's also standard is never getting an order correct. app, take out, curbside, whatever. ordering from Wendy's is like telling monkeys to write Shakespeare on a typewriter. anything done correct is an absolute coincidence.

Obviously either there is no manager on duty or this person is incompetent. 4/3/2022…2:20pm. 27 minutes from ordering to getting to the window. Four cars. Asked the cashier what was the problem? He was rude. Asked the food window person…same rude response. The window was a fingerprint mess. It was everything you’d expect from a poorly run dump.

I’ve never rated a place badly before but I gotta warn others. This Wendy’s sucks, I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s always terrible service. Takes about 30 minutes to get your food dining in, then the orders wrong, food sometimes cold. the guy was eating behind the counter while making food and the soda machines been down for like 2 months.

Driest baked potato. No butter. Just dry potato. The packet of sour cream couldn't moisten it up. After it stopped moving in my esophagus and I nearly choked i gave up trying to eat the desiccated potato. Also no chocolate frosty a. Vanilla frosty was always a bad idea and was only implemented so Wendy's could be a sheep and follow in the footsteps of bk and McDonald's.

Ordering in the drive thru tonight and the girl taking my husbands order told us she wasn’t taking his order and to go somewhere else because she didn’t understand him when he was ordering. He repeated himself multiple times and she was clearly annoyed. I don’t care how annoyed you are you chose this job and to tell a customer you’re not taking their order is rude. We drive up to the first window and here she comes with her fake long nails and three young guys behind her with AirPods in their ears , trying to explain herself as of what she said was okay.. Then said I’ll take your order but next time I’m not. We drove off but I called the store to speak to a manger a man answered claiming to be the manager I asked for his name and he hung up and is ignoring all calls. I will be contacting corporate . Find better employees.

Horrible I never get food always waiting at the so drive through speaker I had to call for them to tell me that there system is down to top it all off it looked like all the workers were messing around it’s time for the big boss to look into it this got to the window to be told rudely to use the mobile app there system is down I just wanted food
