Decent and basic selection of beers with a good price for members. The restaurant has vegan options, vegan schnitzel parmigiana is quite good. No vegan options at the bar, if you don't eat meat and can't eat dairy your only option is chips, which were quite oily. Staff was very friendly and helpful, service was fast, I will come back for the beers.

Met up with some interstate relations for dinner and a catch-up. It had been years since I’d been and while the scenery has changed it’s still just as good. Great club food at good prices, served promptly with no fuss. The only problem was finding a park. It’s not impossible but time need to be set aside. People do come and go but you need to be patient.

We ordered 2 weeks in advanced at essence, sat down at 6.30 proceeded to order at 7.15. The chef closed the kitchen whilst we went to order. Was told not taking any more orders and we need to order in half an hour hopefully when the chef cools down, dinner would of been 8.30-9. Unfortunately with kids waiting that long, we had to eat out in the cafe. As we were the restaurant entry sign was closed for a period of time. Never been to a restaurant where the chef closes the kitchen with people sitting down to eat. The duty officer was very apologetic and a great guy.

Went here for an evening meal. Was the worst meal we have had on our trip about. Vegetables were not baked and more raw than cooked, with a baked pork meal. No apple sauce. Great slabs of meat very unappertizing on the plate. Meals obviously came from a bain Marie and was luke warm to cold. Would not recommend.

We come to the tradies every day, without exception, the club is brilliant, the staff are so nice. They know us by name, & are order at the pokies, but in the restaurant on chicken snitty night Monday & Tuesday. Has been a disaster, this Monday I could not even cut my snitty with the knife it was that dried out. I chose not to send it back, and just suffered trying to eat it. But I will not eat it again. So sad as the first time I ordered it. Was so nice, I’m sure now they are precooking them & microwaving them as ordered, also the veggie are always under cooked, now I have to tell them I want the veggies to be well done. I think tradies need to change the chefs in the main restaurant. Blueys cafe in there is always good. I have made this complaint not because, I want to but to make the club I love an even better place. By the way the staff in the pokies area are the best, & a pleasure to be around. I love all of them.
