The staff were really good, efficient and friendly
We had a great lunch here. It was nice a busy but we were able to get a table for our food and drink in a timely manner. We will be back.

Visited multiple times. Regular place for a coffee and breakfast on Saturdays. We enjoy eating their full English breakfast and sandwiches. The chef is doing a great job as it always tastes good. The place is clean and the staff are always nice.

I would like to recommend this place. They have a perfect shakshuka dish.
Also, I need to mentioned the service. Friendly staff to serve you, specially the Italian Lady Jumpy (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong).

The waitress — Jumpy she said her name was — was very attentive and friendly. She knows her stuff about health and safety too. When I asked if she could refill my beer in the same glass (it was nice and cold so I thought it would be a good idea) she explained that it’s unhygienic because the glass touches the tap. What a legend

I find this Grounded a bit hit and miss. It’s a cute place to have a coffee (or a tasty mocha) and the staff are always super friendly. I’ve had food at other Grounded’s and ordered the same thing on Church Road and it’s not been as nice. That said, my friend loves the burgers here!
Update: just upped my star rating. Had an awesome breakfast here. Me and my mate were well impressed with the full big breakfast. Tasty!

Honesty couldn’t fault this place, lovely atmosphere, great selection of drinks and the food is incredible!! I bumped into who I assume was the manager who was super lovely which was very refreshing as I’ve had very rude service from one particular employee every time I come in. I work in hospitality myself and would never speak that way towards a paying customer (even when I’m having a bad day..). Don’t normally leave reviews but felt like I can’t be the only person that gets a hostile reception from him 😂
