Kfc - South Shore

When asked for the manager they said there is no manager. I asked a question the girl said WHAT! After I spoke to her nicely. I asked why the chicken was so greasy she said cause its fresh which is bull cause am a chef and know that the oil was the wrong temperature and that's why it was so greasy. The rude attitude we received there was disgusting never go there again.

As fast food outlets go this one is above average, food is always reasonably freshly cooked, staff are always helpful and polite, even when they are busy they still take time to help and speak to customers politely. One of the few fast food outlets that we use because the staff are human and the premises are kept reasonably clean.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Waste of time. Ordered on Deliveroo app at 10pm and was told my order was being prepped. Gave me an estimated time of 11.30pm which I thought, "Oh it's after their closing hours but maybe they'd have finished prepping it by then and get the order delivered sooner." Boy was I the fool for thinking that. I waited for almost 2 hrs for an order that wasn't even being prepared yet on the app said the restaurant has accepted the order and are preparing it. I was fuming. Never again. Worst service I've ever had.

This is the worst KFC I have visited. Was dirty. Every vacant table except one was piled up with empty food containers and the empty table was in need of a good wipe down. We did this ourself with wet wipes. The ladies toilets were disgusting, just couldn't bring myself to use them, and someone had been sick in the gents. There was a few staff behind the counter, but in the 30 mins we were there nobody came to deal with the mess in the dining area.

Ordered at 16.42 3 pieces chicken missing wrong dip sent fries only warm arrived 15 mins early if I'd of wanted it sooner I would of said can't use blue light card for discount cost £3.63 for delivery and service. Would of gone into shop but says only delivery available. Rang shop to complain but they weren't interested at all.
