VERY COURTEOUS AND EFFECTIVE WAIT STAFF!!! My waitress Makayla was super sweet, cheery and energetic. The cheese sticks were amazing. The atmosphere waslaid back. I miss eating at TGI Fridays since the one close to me closed back in 2000-2001. So, I was glad to find this one while vacationing. They did not let me down.

Our waitress was phenomenal. Great recommendations all night but TGI quality of food suffered a little. I could taste freezer burn from something on my buffalo burger. I ordered the patty medium and got a well done burger. The only thing that was good was their new mango mixed drink and mozzarella sticks.

Great American food! Love it every single time. The best part is they have amazing ambience, unique and flavorful. The drinks specially slushies are tasty, make sure to have one. They have fast and responsive service always. One of the main thing that always brings me back is the jack daniels glaze, it goes well with everything.

Got there and was greeted very kindly, there was no wait to find a table at all. We were given an amazing waiter by the name of Ezekiel he made sure everything was going well and made sure there was nothing we needed. He was a patient person that's for sure, took forever for me to decide what I wanted but I just decided to go basic and get a burger & fries. When we received our food it was well seasoned and delicious and they also had some of the best alcoholic beverages, I'd recommend the strawberry henny or the strawberry frosé. Overall for our first time being there the experience was just amazing we'll be having to stop by there pretty often next time we're in Austin.
