Starbucks

Me and my coworker go here at least 6 times or more a month to get coffee and occasionally breakfast as well. We are always very polite, there have been several times our drinks were absolutely disgusting but we never complain. Often we can’t even order on the app because they have white mocha marked as out but they magically have it when you get there and order. I guess they don’t know how to mark items off the app when they are actually out though. Tuesday morning 02/08/22 my coworker went to pick up my mobile order for my drink and parfait and they said they were out of the parfait but can’t refund me so pick another item no specifications were given as to what it could be so she had to call me and I told her egg bites just for them to tell her that wasn’t allowed because it was a different category. This made her upset since she would have to call me again and she ended up snapping on them saying she would just pay me back and she left. It’s ridiculous to me that 1) There is no method of refunding an order without the original card through the app. Don’t people often pick up other’s mobile orders? 2) That when you as a business make a mistake you are unwilling to replace the item with another just because it is what, a 75 cents to a dollar more? It’s not her fault so I will not let her pay me back so now I’m just out $4. If I could get the money off my gift card that I have left I would because I will not continue to spend money at such a greedy company that doesn’t care about their REGULAR customers who never complain about AnYTHING.

The drinks taste like what we expect but this review is being given due to the irregular hours. Scheduled an interview this morning here and left early just in case. The lady I was interviewing suggested this location and I already suspected there would be an issue. The store was closed so we went elsewhere. It’s Thursday.. The irregular hours is just not it.

I think it's under new management & started opening at 8:30. Got there at 8:25 & waited until 8:35 just to find out they were closed for the day. SERIOUSLY NO ONE COULD HAVE PUT A NOTE ON THE SPEAKER?😡 This has been my favorite place for awhile but if this is how it's going to be under new management, I'll have to find a new favorite spot. I know now the cars in the parking lot wasn't employees put other disappointed customers checking the door (I wished I had paid more attention to them now)😳😂 Closed on a Thursday June 30th will reopen Friday July 1st 🤔🤨

My name is Ru and I come almost every morning a Sweet cashier at the drive through at 8am on sat morning was so nice to me just now I had to leave a good review for them , they had reddish hair and where very kind , I’d also like to shout out the guy who works most weekday mornings , I don’t think I’ve gotten his name yet but he always gives good recommendations

Doors are always locked! Covid restrictions in Augusta have been way relaxed and it’s days unending you come to this Starbucks and the doors are locked. If it’s a staffing issue one would believe Starbucks has enough capability to hire. This Starbucks is one of the biggest ones in the area and it’s doors are locked a large majority of the time.
