Hi, yesterday we order 2 large pizza coz our friend wants to order again that is actually our 2nd ordered to them so I told them bring card machine coz my friend will.pay by card . The order came My friend was paying and he swipe his card the driver said is decline coz machine is not working my friend told him.to comeback it was took long time my friend thinking it was ok so.my friend needs to go.home at 11:30 pm the driver how many times pressing the door bell in our house asking for payment people was sleeping even me was sleeping that time my roomates said the person is left already so the driver calling me at 12:10 am and he so rude asking the payment I told him to call my friend tomorrow might sleep at this time . After that the staff lady she called me and talking very rude without respect she told me that I eat also the pizza. So I have to pay for this she said that she will call police.Look first of all they disturbing my sleeping after they call me I didnt sleep till morning and they talking without respect we are customer and we are not animals the way they talking is not totally accepted driver came back then this driver didnt come back

Domino’s , delivery being the main thrust of the business , tend to be in out of the way locations and therefore not terribly accessible for cars, never mind parking. This place has the perk of a small shared car park which is off the main road. I have yet to see a dominos in a food court and it will probably never happen. Anyhow , It’s only about 5 min drive from Ibn Battuta mall. This dominos also has about 3 or 4 small tables so you can have the pizza at the location. It’s clean and modern decor, if basic but not anywhere you would go to celebrate anything ! It had been a while since I had Dominos , I had the marguerita and it tasted like the usual Dominos one. So full marks there. I think it’s most comparable to Papa Johns pizza in terms of dough and thickness, in my opinion. There is a subtle difference in taste, I would give Dominos a slight edge but this is just personal preference. I like Papa Johns too. My main go to pizza is Pizza Hut my favorite. We always come here for pizza. Staff are friendly. They would always make suggestions. This time we ordered hawaiian and hot extravaganza on thin crusts. Both tasted good. Hot extravanganza is not that spicy. Don't be scared to try it. I would prefer the double melt crust better than just the plain thin crust.

I ordered first time from them with high expectations, but turned out to be disappointing. I ordered chicken runch Pizza with sauce. The crust was heavy with no cheese on sides of the pizza, it was like you’re eating just pizza dough. I will never order again!

Delivery was perfect on time within 30 min and the packing was also good. Bit skeptical on the delivery as the restaurant had low rating on delivery. We ordered the combo of 2 medium pizzas with potato wedges at 60 dhms (7 dhm delivery charge). We wanted to have cheese stuffing and hence ordered one cheese burst and one double melt. Cheese burst was the chicken legend ranch pizza and the double melt was pepperoni feast pizza. The double melt was a disappointment as it is extremely thin and the pepperoni was extra fried and was hard to eat. Plus the cheese in double melt is not melted. The cheese burst however was brilliant. Melted cheese with quite some amazing chicken chunks. The chicken legend was very good. Potato wedges we're dry as normal but was served with BBQ sauce as a dip.

Really disappointed with their service. Delivered the pizza after an hour. Even after complaining and highlighting clearly in the order for no mushrooms, the still delivered the pizza with it. Also, it was cold. The staff doesn't believe in reading the order, and there is a possibility for vegetarians that they would end up with a non-veg pizza. They don't believe in apologising either.

I tried the chicken fajita bread because it looked like the one they have in the US and it did not disappoint. It has jalapeños in it, so there’s a bit of spice but it’s SO good. The marinara sauce that comes with it isn’t great, so I might opt for the ranch next time. Also tried the lava cakes but that was not what it looks like in the picture. It has no crunch and the outer layer is a little cakey instead of crunchy, so I didn’t like it as much.

Dominos was one of our favourite pizza joints. But sadly to say the quality of service has not been up to it's mark. We ordered for the Large pepperoni Pizza. Once delivered, it was very difficult to dig into the slices as they were not properly sliced out. We ended up pinching/tearing of the slices with a bit of struggle. Taste didn't match the other competitive pizza joints. The outlet has only a couple of tables making take-away a better option than dining in. Hoping a quicker recovery of quality and service from Dominos. Pics to follow soon.

Pizza was tasty but i wasn’t satisfied with the stuff cheese bread because it was a plain bread with sprinkles of cheese and other elements in it... i had thought stuff cheese would be.. cheese inside the bread! Dominos Discovery Gardens - How am I told my pizza will arrive in 34-47 minutes if it sits in store for 40 minutes after being baked. Then informed the driver will leave and it will be with me in 15 minutes and 25 minutes later the driver shows up at my door. If you can't deliver on time, don't give out times. 1 hour 15 + minutes for a Pizza and then I give up. Same thing happened with the previous order. Needless to say, it won't happen a third time cause I am done with Dominos.

I called to order from a branch that is 6km away only to be informed( after speaking to 4 people) that they don't deliver because I am too far. I never knew that 6 km was that far unless he is walking over to our place and the guy seemed worried that the pizza would get cold. and after stating that it doesn't matter if it is cold and 6 km is really not that far.... well they didn't seem to wanna be cooperative at all. Stepped in here on a lazy evening for dinner 🥘, ordered a meal for one with chicken 🍗wings . He took the liberty of deciding what side I wanted and punched the order without asking me, that irritated me. I had to change the side and drink to what I wanted. Food was okey and tasted decent. Asked them specifically not to overdo it, after having had it burnt to a crisp before, it came rock solid, the picture doesn't do it justice, the word 'justice' is used in the loosest sense possible. Tex mex feast is what I have been having since childhood at domino's . I have always been regular to their Rigga and satwa branch , this was the first time I visited this location it was empty , so somehow I got my small Tex mex feast pizza within 10 mins of time . It was decent , hot and it tasted good . Pricing wise it is a bit higher compared to other decent pizza joints in dubai .

Probably one of the most underrated pizza joints in Dubai! I usually get my food home delivered and the standards can not be even compared to Pizza Hut and Papa Johns as dominos is way better! When the pizza actually comes the pizzas don't feel soggy or dry and actually feel hot! The pizzas are also so delicious! And without doubt they have one of the friendliest delivery guys, who always have a friendly smile and are ready with their change! We ordered: Margarita pizza Half pepperoni half chicken BBQ Cheese sticks Overall: Delivery time 4/5 Food 4/5

I think Domino's has skipped the customer service class in the learning process. Most of the employees do not speak English well. The overall quality is almost below average. Too oily pizza whether a thin or regular crust, it feels like it is soaked with oil. The only advantage they have is their pepperoni.

I've been to this particular dominos a couple of times although their pizza is no comparison to Pizza Hut they shine in their own unique way. They have very minimal seating so home delivery is probably the safer option. The food here is different for some reason but I still don't mind eating there. It's like blue cheese, May not be tasty but you still can't stop having a bite.

The worst pizza in Dubai . I ordered a pizza without Italian sausage and beef and I got it with these two. When asked to replace it, the guy promptly did so by going to the back and plucking the beef with his bare hands. He argued for a while that it was a freshly backed one but admitted that he had played with it. I recommend that this branch is closed once and for all Worst pizza experience ever

Back home in India, Pizza means Dominos but I don't know whats wrong in UAE. First there are very few Dominos and on top of that no variety for vegetarians and its completed by rude staff and poor ambiance and that perfectly makes it avoidable place. I visited to DG branch, staff was rude, there are poor seating arrangements and I did'nt liked the pizza. Avoid visiting, if you can.

Called Dominos Discovery gardens for an order, either the girl taking the order was having a bad day or she was not a very polite person. We ordered 2 pizzas chicken legend and Philly cheese, the Philly cheese was dry and chewy, the chicken legend was nice and saucy as they give an option of putting ranch sauce, Bbq sauce or spicy sauce. Surely not the best of pizzas but they are much cheaper than other pizza joints and they give an option of ordering a small pizza, which is good if you are not very hungry.

What's with Dominos these days?? I've been a regular customer for quite sometime and the quality as well as the quantity here is drifting downward.. I've never been to the place since it's only a delivery joint, so I'll skip the ambience and service part and comment on food.. Food : not so great.. The vegetarian pizza has more or less become a cheese pizza with little to less toppings.. The pizza and their breads are so oily.. What's with Dominos these days??

Domino's has been my favorite (fast food) pizzeria ever since I was a kid. Just find it more tastier than its competitors like the now 'boring' Pizza Hut and the 'lazy' Pizza Inn. Have always ordered in from this branch in Discovery Gardens as it is very close to my place in JLT so delivery times are short. Their Philly Cheese Steak Pizza and Pepperoni Pizza are my top choices and I usually variate between these options maybe coz, when it comes to ordering in, I have become "lazy" and "boring" myself ;) -- A drop of ink may make a million think. @AyaashPaw

Not worth it!!! Stringent place, dry pizza, lack of flavors, but quick service. We ordered From their extravaganza range and to disappoint us pizza lacked seasoning and freshness. The toppings were way too dry and within minutes pizza had become too hard to bit. Had a tug of war experienced with the pizza and I am a person who hate wasting food. This is the third time I have ever tried Domino's from a diff branch and still do not understand how people like it. Maybe its me or it's a general fact that Domiono's pizza taste worse than the other pizza I have tried in Dubai. Firstly do not think about dining in as there is room for just 4-6 people it's a really narrow place and even though we had fresh Pizza as usual it tasted raw. I think the type of dough that Domino's uses in general is not for me as I find it raw and really taste weird. Guys who like domino's no offence to them but I feel domino's must try in making better pizza to satisfy more customers as honestly it is not living up to its International reputation.

Had BBQ chicken wings (3.5/5) and chocolate calzone (1/5). I was really disappointed with calzone. It reminded me of my childhood days where I use to play with chappathi dough and cook chappathi with chocolate as filling. It had similar taste.

Good pizza indeed but in some rare cases i receive cold one which taste worse than normal. I like the deliver speed. Very good indeed. I will keep ordering when i miss the taste.
