They have best Palestinian and Jordanian food in all of Dubai, some even say it's like mom's cooking! Their msakhan is to die for! It is the best I've had so far. I haven't tried the mansaf but I heard it was the best too. Plus they have an amazing mixed grill too. Make sure you ask the staff for specials and combos!

Had Ramadan iftar there , salad buffet was excellent , food buffet had limited dishes but all were quality and very tasty - none smoking area is available for families with kids . Service was excellent, live station for bread and Loqaimat . Recommend 👍🏻

Ordered kunafa, um Ali and Halawet Aljeben The kunafa was disaster the worst ever tasted 8 Dubai it was very thin dry and cold made out of mozzarella so no wonder the taste was horrible this is an insult for kunafa lovers, the halawet jeben was with no sugar syrup so it was dry too, um ali was liquid and runny but taste fine, am very upset with full order that cost me 100 dirham for 3 silly plates that tasted horrible i dont recommend

I think one of my 2018’s highlight is opening my self to other culture in terms of their food. For more than 4 years living in Dubai, I only eat Filipino food because it feels home even if I’m away from home. I tried eating Indian food during Dhow cruise but it wasn’t pleasant for my taste. So I never tried eating their food again or Arabic food. And now, I guess you just have to choose the restaurant carefully that offers legit and delicious food 😜. Arabic and Palestinian foods are so healthy! Indian food tastes fine as well. . . And this looking very deli Jordanian foods are really tasty. Their service was also fantastic! The relaxing ambience as well makes me want to go back! Ughhhhh who’s craving for Arabic food right now? 🙋🏻‍♀️ @karamteena Thanks for the excellent service! .

Extremely underwhelmed by the service in the restaurant. Raised so many issues with the restaurant manager, without him providing any solutions. I am, was ,as of this moment, a daily regular customer of Karamteena, and whether it’s breakfast or lunch, service is always slow and not up to the standard ( talking about 30 minutes for a cup of coffee kind of slow).. tried to raise it in a friendly way inside the restaurant and absolutely nothing happened. Visited this place during lunch time , ordered for their grape Mint sheesha and decided to go for their lunch buffet which was good not bad at all , had their hot and cold Mezzas , their Maincourse was good and so were the desserts . I had a late night experience in the restaurant a couple of weeks, the atmosphere was good, shisha was available and the price was reasonable.... Plenty of TV screens, all in all a good vibe.... The menu had a wide selection of food... The service was quick and the food was good, I only had some starters but they were good... Food coming out of the kitchen to others looked good as well... I want to give the restaurant 3.5 as a mark, it's not a 4 in my eyes but also better than a 3....

I am not into this kind of dishes since I am from asia but I absolutely adore their dishes. Two thumbs up to chefs and people behind the restaurant 3. Ambiance is homey and comfortable. The area is big with smoking and non smoking areas. Everything is clean and properly ventilated even if they have indoor shisha. This is An authentic Jordanian restautant. We had the famous Jordanian dish: Mansaf and I fell in love with it.The meat is so soft and juicy, rice is perfect topped with some almonds and nuts. It comes with a side of youghurt that gives a salty yet rich flavour to the dish. The portion is big and fulfilling.We also ordered a Margherita pizza that tasted good too. The chicken with mushroum sauce and white rice was lacking some flavour and had average taste. Service was excellent. Prices are somehow affordable. All in all, it was a pleasant experience!

I live in the same building as Karamteena restaurant and I ordered only a cocktail which took them 1 hour 30 minutes to deliver and their excuse was that they were preparing all the fresh fruits BUT when delivered it wasn't even a cocktail, it was only avocado in the bottom layer and strawberry on the top layer! VERY DISAPPOINTED. So over priced and waste of money!

Went there today for a team lunch. First the menu came after 20 mins, then for some of us who didn't opt for the buffet were made to wait for 1 hour and upon followup was told to wait 15 more mins. I didn't know a fajita took 1.5 hrs to prepare. Anyway, we deicded to cancel 2 of the orders which didn't arrive (But ofcourse) 1.the guy waiting on us was rude, didn't even make an effort to wait for 20 secs so he can hear our full order properly. ( ofcourse he is going to confuse the order then, which he did) 2. Zomato gold didn't work. 3. Aside for the above experience, the food there is good, they just need to improve their service and attitude :)

I visited the restaurant yesterday and was invited by Mr. Rami(a friend and also the co owner of the restaurant). Having said that I had never visited his restaurant and never did he insisted,it was a casual Iftar meet up and man was I impressed by the quality of the food and the service of the staff there. I was not introduced as the owner's friend, so there was no reason for any one to be extra sweet and customer friendly but they served everyone with a warm smile,mind you restaurant was overbooked,people were outside on waiting,but this did not effect the service and the staff was so agile,they would replace the dishes as soon as they got over,it was a buffet service. The menu was widespread...Now I am a person who likes sweets but they should be moderately sweetened hence not a big fan of Arabic sweets,but again I was pleasantly surprised when Rami insisted me on trying the Cream Kunafa,it was just the right amount of sweetness...Too name a few of the savory stars "Dawood Basha" "Fish Majboos" "Qedrah with lamb" was outstanding. I definitely recommend the restaurant. I know, I am visiting soon. Family friendly and also a great place to hang out with your friends(they have a shisha corner) or if you are thinking of an office get together this is a place to be!

nothing was pleasant during our visit yesterday. let me highlight the key failures: a) since one of the diners was vegetarian, we could not use the entertainer as it was not valid on "vegetarian dishes", which according to our server were all starters (however, Mudammas neither looked nor tasted like a starter; it was a curry preparation with fava beans and chick peas, nothing appetizer-like about it), b) the quzi surar I ordered was average and cold, c) I have had shisha at more than 200 places in Dubai and I know its a law that disposable pipes have to be served (however, never seen a restaurant charging extra for the pipe; yes, they add 5aed + VAT to your bill for the same); d) while my office is very close by, they declined to offer any corporate discount; ALL-IN-ALL a forgettable experience, which is totally non-repeatable

Not many restaurants can make an expat feel back home, but Karamteena does just that! We went for a late lunch on January 26 ordered hot and cold Mezzas a watermelon salad and shawerma. The food was delicious, tasted like home! However, the menus are not updated with the new items that are being advertised on Facebook. Please do that. The service is good, staff were friendly and all smiles! The shisha is good, they a have a range of flavors to offer.

Below average food. Ordered a mixed grill, the lamb chop tasted like rubber, the chicken was bad. The meat in the arayes was completely tasteless. Far, far, far below the standards of other arabic restaurants in the same price range. It's quite a shame considering their branding is good and location looks nice. I have no proof but with all the 5 star reviews from users who have an empty profile and have only one review and thats about Karamteena i think the management has written reviews about themselves. I'm not against the idea of a restaurant creating fake reviews, shady but that's perfectly fine if you are certain that you have michelin standards of food and just want to be discovered. But if your food is horrible and your pretending its great, obviously real reviewers will comment. Either that or there is a genuine growing trend of people who love terrible food.

By far the best Jordanian restaurant in Dubai, the food quality is just amazing, the staff are so friendly, prices are fair, shisha is the best in town, once i invited my friends we were 10 of us and I ordered Mansaf and all came with the same feedback (Just perfect), also once I tried the mixed mezza or mazza as in the picture and it was wow. A must try restaurant.

Its a very nice, kinna secluded restaurant in media city. I've visited the place several times since its opening. Quite a fitting place to go to for sheesha indulgence. Food is not bad either, especially grills. They serve one of the best turkish coffees that i've recently had. Love their service too. I'm not done with this place yet.

I would've given it a 5 for food quality and quantity until last night.... After the meal, we ordered a pot of tea for one and a coffee. Unfortunately, we had to leave on emergency and could not drink the tea which had not arrived anyhow. The coffee arrived and I poured some of it in the big water glass to cool it off and drink it fast. I've asked for the bill and mentioned that we didn't have the tea and asked the young man to cancel it. He said he was sorry that he couldn't it. Fine, and I paid and left. Here is my point: a teabag, probably worth 20 fils managed to end a good meal and a good evening on a sour note! Why? I am sure the teapot was served to someone else. It was not like a special recipe just for me. It was a tea bag for God's Sake...sold at 19/- dirhams. We just couldn't drink it. I am not complaining about the 19/- either. It is the short sightedness of risking losing a client for 20 fils. How smart is that? WHY smart people do stupid things? Will I go back? Yes I would. Others who get the same silly treatment, however, may not.! I strongly suggest to the boss and his staff to watch Bob Ferrel's U-tubes on how to treat a customer. I specially recommend his 3-5 minute video called "GIVE THEM THE PICKLE!" Professor of Management at Ajman University

Ordered hummus with meat, which is one of the recommended dishes. Mediocre food, little imagination with the presentation. The bread was warm when it arrived, that was the best thing about the order.

Food is very nice delivered on time the food tasted great I ordered lentil soup and the mixed grill which was filling I also ordered avocado juice and iced latte but not photographed I previously ordered grilled hammour fillet which was great but it could use some sauce. I would definitely order again because their menu has a great variety and the food and service is amazing.

Friendly staff and delicious buffet. Buffet has the option of shisha and always has great variety of salads, soups, hot dishes and dessert for Dhs60 or Dhs80 with shisha. Lovely Levant ambiance and delicious pastries!

Nice restaurant that I sometimes to go for Lunch. It's got a decent buffet menu, with a nice selection, and also does a pretty good indoor and outdoor shisha! You can't beat them on prices in Media city - 60 for Lunch buffet, and 80 for Lunch buffet and Shisha!

I'm loving the new Levantine restaurant addition to the Media City neighbourhood! Good food and shishah make it such a delight. The food tastes fantastic literally all my staples have come out as super delicious. The hummus, muhammara specially. I also tried their freekeh and chicken soup which was soothing and aromatic. A must try for Arabic food lovers

Coming from a Palestinian background i struggled to find a restaurant in the UAE that captured the essence of the Arabic food that tasted like home. The Chef has perfected in making the food taste as though it was made with love and the spices are just the right amount to give each dish its own unique taste. Whether it be the buffet variety or the A la carte menu i was able to try almost every dish on the menu as the restaurant is close to my workplace. Great food and great staff just an overall great experience.

I have ordered for delivery from this establishment a few times and had lunch in the restaurant one time. The kitchen is run by a Jordanian chef. The food is good. Especially the spicy falafel. The grilled meats are good except the lamb cubes which are not tender enough. The decor is nice but note that they serve shisha inside the restaurant and it can get quiet smoky. Service is average.

Been to Karamteena recently and it's pretty average. The atmosphere is not that great as the place can get packed and smokey but the staff is nice (although slow). The food is okay but it took ages for our order to arrive. The shisha is good. Parking is a bit of a problem during the day.
