We decided to go to NUSR ET to celebrate a special occasion. <br/>Since the waiter pretty much insisted a "special" Japanese steak on us, we thought we would trust the in-house professional to give us a good meal. <br/><br/>I was extremely shocked to see that 2 hours after leaving the restaurant both me and my girlfriend got extremely sick and were having an extremely hard time. <br/>After expressing our concern over the food we did not receive any feedback to reply from anyone in the restaurant. <br/>I also found out that the "special" Steak was purposely promoted through out the entire night. Maybe to get rid of old meat but definitely not because it was anything special. <br/><br/>Despite all this, my biggest concern is the way the manager Mr. Ahmad treated me and spoke to me on the phone. I hope he does not speak to all gruntled customers that way as it is extremely disrespectful.

There is a separate pathway to the restaurant, which is a short walk from the hotel lobby.<br/><br/>The restaurant was bustling with energy. The excited chatter of the diners and the servers moving from table to table with eye-catching and detectable dishes is a mood.<br/><br/>We started our food adventure with Grilled Tiger Prawns. While Tiger Prawns are known for its unique texture, this dish was marinated in citrus zest which gives a fresh and distinctive flavour. Its served with grilled baby gem glazed in dijon mustard and lemon juice which complimented the dish well.<br/>For the main course, we tried the Lamb Tenderloin. We may have touched heaven and came back to earth. The Lamb Tenderloin was marinated in milk sauce. This lender cut was cooked to make the meat melt in your mouth. It was almost a shame that we finished the dish so quickly.<br/>We had to try their popular Baklava with ice cream for dessert. The presentation was delightful as they slice the baklava in two and smear the ice cream on one slice and then put the second slice on the top. The creamy vanilla ice cream laced with crisp sweet pastry was divine.<br/><br/>It's all about the presentation. The servers are well aware of the diners excitement to visit the salt bae restaurant and they put on a good show.<br/>The servers are friendly, perhaps a bit too friendly. The price range is justified by the detectable food and elevated ambience.<br/><br/>Overall, an amazing place to visit for occasions. If you're lucky, the salt bae may just be around to show his famous move.<br/><br/>

Nusret has a special place in my heart as this place is definitely matching the show with the food quality. If you manage to stumble upon the #saltbae himself expect the show you won’t probably forget. <br/><br/>As for the meat I recommend nusret special, meat sushi, carpaccio and burger. Entering the restaurant, the staff greets you with a warm welcoming and the staff had a very positive energy which improves everyone's mood. The salad was very delicious, every-time I visit the restaurant I wonder how they do it despite the simple ingredients. We ordered the Nusr-Et special and when it arrived the steak was cooked on butter, now the steak there is no special seasonings or the way its cooked, its just the quality of the steak is so high it can't be found anywhere and the only seasoning that is added sea salt which dramatically enhances the flavor of the juicy steak and texture was so soft its like magic, also this menu item is the best to save money and have great a great experience. Moving on the burgers were not the best, the quality of the burger is not the same as the other items but it makes sense due to its low price. I believe the burgers need more seasoning because it was a bit bland, but the burgers shouldn't be the reason to come here as I see like an appetizer to grand delicious meal. Moving on to the dessert, it's not a huge recommendation and not worth its price as it is good dessert but you can find it anywhere half the price but considering the prices of the other menu items it makes sense. Overall my experience was fantastic and a restaurant I would definitely recommend, but its not something to do everyday as it is very pricey but can be worth the price.

While they have built a very nice looking place the system of people standing in line by the entrance staring at you to free your table it is super unrelating. It's also pretty crowded and loud with no apparent sound control, so unfortunately ambience not great.<br/><br/>Food <br/><br/>This is where they shine. Not only is their meat impeccable, they also have delicious salads and dessert, so purely for good food its an excellent spot.<br/><br/>Drinks<br/><br/>very nice wine selection, but not great selection of beers...<br/><br/>service<br/><br/>a bit uncoordinated on one of our visits, food coming at completely different times, but overall the staff is super friendly<br/><br/>Price<br/><br/>Unfortunately it is overpriced. It would be justified if this was combined with a nice ambience, view or anything else that's special, but apart from the food, nothing is special.

Nusr Et Steak House is one of the famous burger franchise. and the taste they provide also proves that why it is famous. I order Burger that just lipsmacking. They provide a better Burger as i like it. <br/> The quality of ingredient they just use are just top notch.So do visit and enjoy their wide range of delicacies. Went there for dinner.... although we had reservations, they had us waiting at the bar. The host could have managed the welcome a lot better. I don’t mind waiting a bit when I have a reservation, but for an over priced venue, I expect service to be top notch. So low marks for the welcome. <br/><br/>We stood by the bar for 5 mins and then decided to just take a table outside (which was actually a better choice, and the host failed to offer as an option) it was less noisy, we could still hear the DJ (the DJ is excellent) yet, we could enjoy the nice weather and soak in the many overcompensating patrons with their flashy cars!! :) <br/><br/>Anyways.... let’s get to the food. We were ordered the Nusret special salad... good, but not great. Was a bit too tangy and the goat cheese was on the bland side. We also ordered the rack of lamb, truffle and parm fries. The portions were easily for 3 persons.... so plenty of food. The waiters were great and attentive, they put in a good show and were VERY hospitable. <br/><br/>The rack tasted good (again not great) the fries were good, parmesan cheese felt dry (not an 80 AED quality plate). We ordered a VERY over priced glass of wine, a very environmentally unfriendly bottle of VOSS water (I can write a theses on highly priced imported branded water and it’s environmental footprint), but let’s not be hypocritical.... we’re eating half an animal (not so environmentally friendly to begin with)!! ;) <br/><br/>The reason I gave it a 3 star and not a very well deserved 4 star, is price and service.... let’s start with price, for that price, I expect PERFECTLY tasting food, not good... but a notch above great. As for service, although I’d say it was excellent (excluding the welcome), my bill came with a note stating “No Service Charge Included” and the helpful waiter even took the extra effort to circle this fact for us with a ball pen, to emphasize the need to pay a tip. So the question becomes.... if I’m not paying for service.... and surely tasty food is not the outcome... then why the heck are the prices so high? And the rudeness of the waiter to point it out to me in a nicely traced blue ball pen circle!! <br/><br/>In summary... it was a dash of salt... a show of extravagance... very highly priced “good” flavors... and don’t forget to pay the waiter because Nusret sure isn’t!! <br/><br/>Glad we tried it to get over the hype and the extremely bad feeling of great sense of entitlement... after all, we could have fed a village for what we spent in one sitting! <br/><br/>Was both a humbling and extravagant experience (even though we have a very good life) having all the flashy Rolls Royces and Mclarens and Ferraris parked in our face, made us feel like were way down the food chain, the welcome to the restaurant also made sure we knew our place :)<br/><br/>If you are to eat here, I recommend each time you visit , donate an equal amount to support a charity.... if you can’t do both, then you are either too poor to eat here (and shouldn’t be here to begin with) or very entitled and out of touch and not much can be said to that!!

Very disappointed with the seating and unorganized staff. Booked at 8pm and sat at 9pm. Unfortunately some staff members at the door were taking money so that they can be seated quicker. It was very embarrassing for nusret name. Once we were seated the meat was great and overpriced as expected.

I don’t think the salt bae needs my review. But it’s an appreciation for the excellent service. It’s not the first time I visit the restaurant. I tried it before so many times in Turkey and in Dubai. And the food is always the same SIMPLY THE BEST. Nusret the salt bae was there in our last visit I believe the secret of his success is the way he treats his customers. He makes sure to visit every table take a photo with everyone and take care of every order. He’s mix between serious person and nice and funny at the same time. He really deserves all the success he has and much more. Even if the place a bit expensive but worths trying.

Is it worth the hype? Definitely, and will visit them anytime I’ll want the best meat in Dubai.<br/>Things I did not like: huge queues at the entrance, you’ll be literally stepped on, very very crowded and you feel like it is a proper jungle around you. Also, the music is extremely loud and you have to shout to each other. But the quality of food is outstanding, and the show you’ll get is top, so my advise - just enjoy this beautiful place, relax and don’t think about anything else. In the end, it will be an experience.

This is really a Turkish butcher shop in the worst sense of the description. <br/><br/>Food is wildly overpriced. Mediocre cuts of meat. Not even Wagyu, aged or smoked beef. But prices are 400% above a regular steak house for no reason. Well, only the theatrics are kinda’ cute, but not worth the premium. You’d better go to the Meat Company or Atlantis steak house for a truly superior Wagyu steak. <br/><br/>They don’t serve any sauces because the meat is supposedly worth it. Yet, it’s tasteless and under seasoned. <br/><br/>Decor and music of a cheap high school cafeteria. <br/><br/>$150 per person with alcohol. Had to try it, but it’s just not worth it to go again. Been in Dubai for 10 years. This ain’t it, friends. <br/><br/>Give me a break.

Famously known for salt bar and his signature salt sprinkling on the steaks which the waiters also infuse when setving steak. The atmosphere was suttle and lively with turkish looking waiters busy serving and catering to the customers. The waiters are very attentive and happy to serve, each of them in uniform down to the shapes of their moustaches. The steaks here are made to perfection as we ordered a variety of things. We enjoyed each dish they are known for their steaks and they are absolute served fresh. The steaks are definitely on the high end in terms of prices and you do have to add sides on so you are only paying for the steaks. They also have seafood options. This is definitely a place for special occasions only due to their prices.

Booked a table at 9:30 last night for our anniversary and when we reached the hostess asked us to wait but couldn’t even give us a wait time. To top it off the bar where we’re supposed to wait was packed. Horrible customer service for a high end place that wants to charge you a premium. Clearly over booked and couldn’t care less about customers. Went next door to Coya and it was the best decision we made. They were much nicer and accommodating although we didn’t have a reservation. If you’re in the area would not recommend at all just go to Coya next door and you won’t regret it.

We ordered a bottle of wine South African pinotage which was on the menu 480 dirhams the waiter got us the 1200+ dirhams without confirming (there were a couple of pinotage) . firstly this place has a great ambience to dine it. The waiters are nice and entertaining so the whole dining vibe is great. The meat here is also great. We started with the meat sushi and the beef tartar - both were quality. We ordered the nusret special for the main course and I have to say the way of serving was also unique and it tasted great but it was really heavy since it all doused in butter.<br/><br/>Overall and amazing experience.

Maybe they were just having a bad day.<br/><br/>The one steak we got was really good. I forget what it’s called. The other one was way too fatty. Mashed potatoes were pretty good. The way Nusr Et consistently manage to serve high quality food is absolutely amazing, considering it always is full.<br/><br/>The service, food, is always top notch. However consistently the waiters are always trying to oversell. I have had similar feedback from others as well. This can be off putting for some who come here regularly.<br/><br/>Once again you don't have to go with the recommendation of the waiters all the time, but the Meat Sushi, Carpachio and the Nusret Special are among the best to order.<br/><br/>Usually when we order more, the best dishes lose their worth because you already become full by then.

Some restaurants have so much hype about them and when it comes to Nusr-et you’ll see its all for a good reason ., I expected an stuffy fine dining experience complete with dark wooden interiors., don’t ask me why I have some imagination . I was pleasantly surprised to find a place buzzing with families and couples and plenty of kids. It was tightly packed on a weekend , The food is was fantastic and we loved the taste and the accompanying performance and cocktails were super too .

The hype is over the roof.. the food and experience comes close. Not all the waiters smile.. perhaps something that needs a bit of attention. We went for lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant was busy and had a very lively atmosphere. The hostess and servers were all really friendly. We started with the nusret special salad and then the burgers. We made sure not to miss the ice cream baklava for dessert, which was totally worth the hype. Okay, this is the probably the most hyped restaurant in Dubai at the moment, due to the chef and his “way to cut meat and pass salt” which is also pretty exaggerated, to be bold. However fun to watch.<br/>Kids were out of their body when they saw him, cutting and feeding ( literally) guests.<br/>Beyond the “show” meat was probably the best ever tasted. Filet mignon, NusSret sizzling tenderloin was really beyond believe.<br/>It’s a must go and try at the moment.

We ordered two steak and drink because we already had some food, couldn’t eat more. One of the best dinner I had in Dubai. The hype is worth it! #saltbae

I made a reservation for my fathers birthday 6 days before we were intending on going. Firstly, the lady on the phone was not very welcoming (but I moved past that), I understand that they are busy. After I made the reservation, I got no confirmation email or text confirming my reservation. We thought our reservation was for 7:30pm but it turns out it was 7:00pm. We got no phone call asking us if we were going to show up on the day. We arrived and they had given our table away. They told us to wait at the bar area until the table is ready (keeping in mind we have a 10 year old standing with us). This is where is goes DOWNHILL. After 25 minutes of waiting on a Tuesday night I went to the waitress and politely asked her why she did not give us a ring before giving out table away or send us a confirmation email, the other waitress next to her whispered in her year (loud enough for me to hear) “she’s welcome to leave”. That was the point that left straight away and went to Coya next door, who were impeccable in comparison.

Obvouisly went to try it but wasnt impressed. <br/>The interiors of the place are very poor and lack any type of originalty. Tables are all stuck next to each other with kids on the weekend till late night you feel you are at food court. The service is on point. But, it’s way too overpriced, so don’t die from a heart attack when the bill comes. On the other hand, I’ve been to a Nusr-et restaurant in Turkey and I don’t think the taste of meat in Dubai is as good as the ones in Turkey.

food is nice place is great! coming from nyc and having aged steak there this place is a luxury place to dine. but being a steak fan I would rather spend that money on kobe beef or wagu!

Great ambience, amazing presentation and live cooking. Cutting style and the way they sprinkle the salt are so different and unique. Their meat is so juicy espeacially when soaked in butter and with bun it tastes soo good. And yeah, its very expensive but it is worth the try.<br/>

Nothing to say just don't miss eating there when u r in any country where there is a nusret branch....try the BURGERS leave a room to it no matter what!.<br/>I tried it in Istanbul and Dubai..same quality (despite different prices) but u will never regret it..<br/>Baklava there is a bit overrated taste wise however the show done by the waiter before serving it is absolute fun

I never ever experienced anyone that rude in my life. I am referring to the reservation agent. If you need a sustainable business please treat people with respect, they are your customers... we are trying to book and pay for our food and experience we are not beggars here.

Good decision to treat myself at Nusr-et on my birthday. Yes its very expensive but the quality & taste live up to the name, price & hype.<br/><br/>Ordered medium doness rib eye and wow its like having orgasm in your mouth, it is that good, it melts in your mouth. For the dessert I ordered baklava and indeed it is delish.<br/><br/>Thanks to the all the crew for the effort singing happy birthyday out of tune hahaha just kidding! Will definitely dine again! Kudos!

It is a must try! The service is excellent, food outstanding! What I liked the least was the dessert it was really overly sweet but I know that it is how it’s traditionally supposed to be so I am not taking this into account as I personally don’t like desserts that are too sweet.<br/>The meat is exceptional and decadent!!! The sides are good nothing waw.<br/>Nice staff and atmosphere, best steakhouse in dubai probably!!!

Went for dinner with some friends at Nusr-et, service was outstanding and the waiter was very friendly, had the nusr-et burger which was mouth-watering, ordered the nusr-et special for 3 people and it was enough to feed 5! I love it here! Their nusret burger is amazing, and can fill two people! Their nusret special is also yummy but is very heavy, so come in with an empty stomach if you want to try it! Their nusret spaghetti isn’t spaghetti if you’re thinking it is, it’s very thinly cut meat which is very delicious, but is only good for one, it can’t be shared unless you order other things also. In addition never forget to get their baklava & UNLIMITED FREE TEA!😏

Good meat but overpriced and bad service. It’s 10 times more pricy than their Turkish branches... disappointing to be honest. The hype is all about the “salt bea” but I don’t get the appeal.

After watching the whole memes online about the nusret bae, honestly wasn’t that interested about going and trying the food because I heard that it was expansive for its value. But than I tried it and wow what an experience it was, yes value to price it was still expansive but I didn’t want to give it less than 5 here because the Atmosphäre and the food was actually really good! And this is what counts. So all in all I recommend trying it because the meat is amazing and the staff were fun to watch , which made the experience even better.

The ever famous "saltbea" nusr-et steakhouse. tried it for the first time like 4 years ago, really good steakes i have to say, though the prices are very expensive, their salad is also great, love their baklava, and end it with their tea. Many turkish steakhouse restaurants are in dubai now, but this is the one that started it all.

Its heaven with meat ocean. Amazing experience they cooked the raw marinated meet in front of us. Really liked the ambiance seems like you are going in to a butchers cold storage. A bit expensive but definitely worth it. We will go to Turkey to have it next time.

Went on Sunday and very early with a reservation. Unfortunately by the time we arrived half of the restaurant was full and we were placed in front of the bar which wasn’t really bad till we realized that all the speakers were pointing at us. Yes, one does have to scream to have conversation with someone at their own table. Do not get why a fine dining establishment would have such loud music and a DJ.<br/><br/>Food was excellent although the service was a bit hit and miss. They should hire more varied nationalities of servers. Tables are placed too close, so much so that we literally made our children move their chairs apart on a round table so that the guy sitting next to us would not bump into the kids chair. I didn’t see any shows or performances, surprisingly they didn’t had their special at 6pm. Also the place was filled up with tourist. <br/><br/>There are better steakhouses in Dubai, no doubt about that. I for one would give Nusret another try just to see Salt bae and also to gauge the attitude change of the Turkish servers when he is in the house. <br/><br/>

Omg wat to say abt this place , as it has already taken my heart . I simply loved the flavour of the meat and butter , the style how the chef presents the food. So stylish , loved the ambiance, the crowd is cool. Had lovely time with my friend at this restaurant. Must visit for the best meat steaks in town

You would think since its Nusrat restaurant , and its in four season, that they would know enough about customer service, but thats not the case, literally, worst service ever, i was there for a special occasion, and our server was so busy eyeing and flirting with another guest instead of serving us, and food was good but not worth the money, i advice u to go to a restaurant that values u as a customer, unfortunately , Nusrat steakhouse is not it 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
