I solely came to Everest based on other people's feedback and boy do they deserve the many, many 5* reviews. Great taste, friendly staff and came away very happy.

I had the chicken vindaloo and tikka, my wife had the chili chicken and we got the fried chicken for our son with garlic nan (picture below, the rest was on video). Portions were large and at a great value. The owner Vishnu and staff were very attentive and friendly. Very satisfied.

The flavor of the food was good - comparable to other Indian restaurants in Hua HIn. Also, the staff were attentive. The seating is open air and the evening that we dined here, the weather was rather hot and humid, so we needed a fan blowing on us. The air from the fan quickly cooled down our food as well. Oh well, in Hua Hin you can't have everything. I want to return to Everest to summit some other dishes in the future.
