Yet, as we were looking the other trucks were moving their customers through quickly. When we got in line there were only 4 people in front of us....if you would have said it will take 20 minutes, great, but that was NEVER told to us. If you would have said when we asked for fries that the fries are taking longer than normal, we would have never ordered them. Yes, great you refunded my fries, but still unacceptable based on the amount of customers and lack of communication. We were not the only ones visibly frustrated and unaware.
