Kfc

Very disappointing tonight. I purchased the family feast. When I got home 15 minutes later discovered coleslaw was missing. But worse was to come. Chips were flavourless and the chicken very poorly covered and no taste. Spoilt our night as KFC is one of our favourite takeaways. Will be going to a different store in future as KFC Fitzmaurice Street has not always lived up to the Colonel's expectations. I think it will be pizza for us.

I am not a regular. Walked in, took 5 minutes for anyone to attend the counter. Difference between 'original' and 'tenders' and the sauces (info not on display)- staff member struggled with the explanations. $18.60 for 5 bits of chook, couple of tablespoons of old, cold chips and a small punnet of orange coloured sauce. Made my choice, stood back and watched for 12 minutes. 3 staff members fooling around, perhaps ONE order filled (not busy).....then my order processed- the products were RIGHT IN FRONT of both the staff members and myself the entire time!! Could have been filled in 2 minutes. I live in Kincaid Street, 1 minute away, this little effort took a half hour. I'm cured.....just a disgrace. This is no way to train young people in any industry.

I don't say this lightly. Failure on every component. Cleanliness of the store was appalling. Food and rubbish all over floor and and furniture. Food handling without proper hygiene. Can't call it 'fast food' when you wait over 15minutes. Food wasnt worth it. Standout was the drink was cold. Chips were undercooked, burger soggy and chicken slightly undercooked. Not cool. Ok customer service. The teenagers could do with more training! And a bit of politeness.

i'm fuming. got a couple zinger combos, drove over 15 minutes home just to find one of the burgers had a bite taken out of it. like what??? probably gonna blame it back on us so not gonna bother going in to complain, just won't come back. wouldn't recommend, staff were rude & there wasn't anyone else there to serve... outrageous.
