The staff here is great! I frequent here quite often because I’m addicted to their philly cheesesteak. Ms. Bonnie and Matt are THE BEST- they’re always friendly and super helpful, there have been plenty of days that I came in feeling kind of down and just with their smile and genuine conversation I leave uplifted. Definitely try this firehouse if you’ve never been you’ll leave full and happy!

NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. We've had various poor experiences but this one tops them all - they promised a credit for a previous order and I even had the receipt and the manager had our name on file, supposedly, but they wouldn't honor it. Place is usually filled with a bad smelling smoke and they are extremely slow. Not worth the money or time.

I would like to tell you how much I appreciate Travonda! She went above and beyond for me and my family today. I was not able to come in and get my family and I food. When I called she was more than happy ro bring out to my car. I called on my way because it was STORMING! She answered and called me by name and asked if I was here, I explained I was still about 10 mins out and offered to cancel so she would not have to come out. She said absolutely not. See you when you get here. When I arrived she came out with a smile! Thank you so much TRAVONDA!!!

Walked in 20 minutes before closing only to be greeted like I ruined an early escape party. All the employees had air pods in one ear and were yelling, when the other person was only a few feet away. As I was leaving, the leader on duty said “I’m not doing this anymore, lock the door behind him” and there is still 10 minutes left until close.. Very unprofessional and does not make me feel like a valued customer.
