Chick-fil-a Of Promenade

The service here is always the best. Every Chick-fil-A employee I've ever met has just been beyond what an employee should be and hopefully they're getting paid to be that great. The food is always good and fresh. My kids love it and there's also a playground and they play in the playground it's a smaller playground and it's enclosed with the door so you can just take your kids in there and let them play and you can go back to your table and eat. It's very nice and you're able to relax and talk with wherever you go there with

I chose this location to pick up a catering order because it was close to the school I wanted to take it to. When I arrived, my order was not ready but my wait was less than 10 minutes. The servers were friendly & efficient. Parking is not the best at this location. Overall, it was still a classic Chick-fil-A experience.

The food is always made correctly and is always delivered hot and fresh! ☆DONT EVEN TRY TO GO THROUGH THEIR DRIVE-THRU!, unless you really don't mind wasting your entire 30 minute lunch break and then another 10 minutes after that, so really it was about a 40-45 minute wait going through their drive-thru, at least that's how it was during their busier hours of the day around dinner time. But I'm still always happy once I finally do get my usual 8 count grilled chicken nuggets meal, including their signature 'waffle fries' along with a large sweet tea. Lol but I'm always still satisfied by the end regardless of the long wait! Their food is really worth it, I suppose!!

As to be expected fast, delicious, and friendly people. What I like more is that there are so many of the workers out taking orders and making sure the flow of traffic is flawless and they still have fun with one another. Even more impressively is that there was no in appropriate language or conversations. There has been so many times that I go somewhere and the staff is inappropriate. Never at Chick-fil-A. I'll always go here because of the service!
