If we are being honest I do not like the fries. Always seem undercooked. But, chicken strips and fried pickles are great. App seems to be okay. And LOVE the rewards points! Customer always seems great.

Got mine delivered through Door Dash. The 3 piece chicken fingers and fries is great. My first time having Zaxby's chicken fingers! DELICIOUS 🤤😋🥰

It was clean. Food was good. Chicken fingers were too hot, so we had to cut them up and let them cool off.

First time ordering from here. Always a little hesitant on firsties, as I hate to waste money on bad food. Not the case here. Ordered the 4 finger meal and cheese bites. Chicken was good, fries had good flavor (cold & a little on the limp side), cheese bites probably would have been excellent had they not been cold also. A little pricey on the delivery side of things. $40 for 2 people to eat chicken strips........
Long story short, maybe next time eat in the store and food probably would all stay hot and be better. Cold and a little $$$ is reason for 4 outta 5.

The seasoning on this chicken to me is delicious nice and hot classic chicken sandwich with pickles their fries are actually seasoned pretty well and taste pretty good. Places easy to find I do not like the parking lot but it's accessible.

I wish I would've gotten the name of the young man that served us because he is the kind of employee that exemplifies what great customer service is all about. Extremely polite and courteous. The kind of person you WANT in your business. I hope management realizes what they have and bring him up in the company.

I almost always enjoy this place. I like the spicy chicken sandwich or the blue salad with Buffalo chicken.
The menu also works for vegetarians as well as chicken eaters with fried cheese curds, mushrooms and coleslaw.

We completed a catering order of 30 boxed lunches with this location & the service was absolutely exceptional! We worked with Selena and she made sure we were fully taken care of. Our order was completed correctly, the food was fabulous & still warm, those of that ordered salads were so very pleased with the amount of dressing that was sent. We had no complaints overall and would most definitely recommend this location.
