The food here is amazing. I like the atmosphere as much as I like the service. I'm a big waffle fan so I was happy to see that you could get a half waffle as a side with one of the breakfast. On this trip I did not get breakfast however. I got soup and salad. On Fridays they have clam chowder. I've had a lot of clam chowder in my life and I have to say that this is one of the best. I also had a salad and added grilled chicken which was absolutely delicious.

My Bacon Lovers BLT was very good, seasoned fries were great, just enough seasoning. Lotta bacon! Husband had the Chicken Strips and fries, also were very good. Allot of chicken strips. Our drinks were kept full, very friendly staff. Can't wait to try the pie but we're stuffed so it'll be a snack for later. Joyce was a great waitress! Would stop at the Village Inn again.

The price was good for the food we got. The only problem I had this trip was a side item wasn't brought out and we all missed it. Paid for it but never received it. Still tipped because the service was good, but we were in deep conversation and just missed it. I'd be fine going back for another meal here!

I had the Ultimate Skillet on this trip. The skillet and pancakes were very good. The server was kind and everything came out pretty quick except I thought the food could have been a little hotter. Since they don't serve it on the actual skillet anymore that's probably why it's colder. I also felt that most things on this menu were a bit pricey.

The food was delicious. I had a patty melt and my daughter had poached eggs. The pie is the best I've had outside of home. I had the peanut butter cup and my daughter enjoyed the strawberry and rhubarb. A bit pricey but well worth it occasionally.

The wait staff was very personable. The coffee was fresh and hot, strong the way my friends and I like it. And who can say no to a slice of mile-high chocolate merengue pie? The staff works hard for their tips, please be considerate and contribute accordingly.

Love coming here with my husband on Wednesdays for "free pay Wednesday"!! The food is delish, they have breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. My favorites are the Rio Grande breakfast Skillet with Carnitas and green sauce, the Southwest chicken salad with Chipotle Ranch dressing, Basil Tomato Soup. Thumbs up!!

Very nice place. Very clean and not busy. Food came out SUPER fast. Wife loved the multi grain pancakes because they had nutmeg. I had the Ruban sandwich with a bowl of chill. But didn't know it was green pepper chill that was more like salsa, so the manager took it off our bill.
