The burger was excellent and exactly as ordered - my only complaints (and why I didn't give a 5 star rating) are their fries are less than stellar (I just don't like that style of fries - they do not stay hot for longer than 2 minutes after you get them) and their soda was really flat so didn't taste great. Other than that, it was great. Excellent customer service also.

Service and cleanliness is really nice for a fast-food place! I got a steak burger that was AMAZING and the fries are small but addictive. Fry sauce? Yes. I got the spicy kind. I also got ice cream and even a small one was big enough for me. Did I eat too much? Maybe. Was it worth it? Oh yeah.

The cashiers were nice and got our order correct. The food was fast and hot. The custard was cold. Bathrooms were clean. The kids love the t-shirt promotion they have for the children. The kids get a free custard with their kids' meals if they wear their Freddy's shirts.

Really good burgers & service. They served about 20+ band students & the drive through of 5-6 cars in about 20 minutes. It was a long wait but impressive considering it was an unplanned surge of volume right before the dinner rush hour.

I love this place. I'm not from this area, so I have not eaten at a Freddy's before. I've had Steak N Shake, but I think Freddy's is better. The fry sauce is awesome. The fries are thin and crispy and the onion rings are huge. The custard, of course, is the best part. Yum! Also good service.

Always a fun, family tradition since our boys were toddlers. Our boys are now teenagers and we love it. Great food and fun atmosphere to relax and talk or even watch a NFL or NBA game. Good, flat burgers and amazing fun cream mixes, but the fries are a favorite! Flat skinny fries that taste oh so good :)

It reminds me of LotABurger, back in the day when that was good. But start with the double; the patties are very thin. Generous servings of thin, crispy fries. I didn't think much of the turtle sundae, though. Nice but not really worth the calories.

Very good steak burger and fries! You cannot go wrong at Freddy's if you like hamburgers. Had lunch here today, my first visit to Freddy's. Ordered the combination meal with a double steak burger, California style, with fries and drink. Burger was two patties with melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and thousand island dressing. Burger came out hot and juicy. Fries are of the skinny shoestring variety, my favorite. Also served fresh and hot and a good amount too. I did not finish all of them, intentionally leaving room for dessert. And was I glad I did. Order a mini (nothing mini about it) hot fudge sundae. It was so good! I still could not believe it was frozen custard under the hot fudge and whipped cream. The custard was so smooth and creamy. Nothing like frozen yogurt. The custard was very delicious. The person who took my order was very friendly and up beat. Freddy's offers a 10% discount to seniors but you will need to ask for it when ordering. The restaurant was clean with plenty of tables and booths. There is a covered outside eating area for nice days. Must say I was surprised overall at how good everything was and I will definitely be going back.

The workers were very respectful to us, and one of them even took our tray when we were done using it, so we didn't have to put it up.
The food was absolutely phenomenal. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders with the shoelace fries, and it tasted really good.
The place was surprisingly not as busy as I had expected, despite the fact that the food chain is very popular.
The sanitary level is very high, despite a fly or two, but you can't really prevent a fly from coming in.
In conclusion, I would definitely come back to this location of Freddy's again. Hats off to every worker there.

Good burgers. Liked the fry sauce wish it was cold. Every table we tried to sit at was dirty. Only one lady was greeting us asking us if we needed anything, she was nice and took our tray when we were done, and she was the only one cleaning up tables.

The burgers are really good! Super fresh and delicious! They have a unique fry sauce that is a crowd pleaser! I do not enjoy french fries but I love Freddie's fries! They are super thin and crispy! The service is fast and friendly!

Probably the best burger joint other than 5 Guys and 5 Guys is ridiculously expensive. Better than In and Out also. Freddy's is consistently great and their employees are always friendly. They always seem genuinely happy to be there. Can you tell I'm a fan of Freddy's?

I'm addicted to those smash burgers with the crispy edges! I try not to eat here more than once a month because the burgers are so delicious and probably not very good for you. If you are wanting a Burger please try this place you will not be disappointed at all. Some of the best smashed crispy edge burgers that I have ever had and it's such a good guilty pleasure!

Large group - large order and the service was great. One order had to wait for the fries, when brought to our table the friendly staff member apologized and stated that because the burger was made before the fries and sat longer than the others (couple of minutes) the cooks would be happy to make another - what kind of "fast food" place does that? The kind that will get my repeat business!
