First time. Got there right at opening. Love the atmosphere with the big windows and smart look. My mom is a vegan and she was delighted that there were many vegan options. I am not a vegan and loved it too. Falafel wrap was very tasty with sweet potato fries and a mint lemonade drink that was delightfully tart. We had an appetizer of hummus that contained roasted tomatoes (not dried flakes but actual tomatoes) and it come with whole wheat pita bread. The entire meal was wonderful and we cleaned our plates to the last bite. Next time I visit my mother we will definitely be back

I was looking for a restaurant in the Tulsa area saw the great reviews online for Laffa and was so excited. We weren’t staying anywhere near this restaurant and went out of our way to eat here. I’m vegetarian so the menu looked fantastic. We were seated and it took about 15 minutes for someone to greet us. Our server took our drink order and our food order. My daughters food came and my friends food came. My daughter’s fries were cold. I told them to go ahead and eat because I was still waiting for my meal. After a long while, the server came back over and said the kitchen made a mistake and didn’t make my order. I had to wait again. The food finally arrived and was brought over by someone else. The server did not check on us again. At all. He never came over and asked how the food was. Once we were finished, I had to search for him and ask for our bill. He brought the bill over and charged us for the glass of wine and cocktail that we had ordered and he never brought to our table. I pointed this out to him and he fixed it. I explained to him that it was our first time eating at Laffa and asked him if this was a typical experience. He got very annoyed and said he was exhausted and the bartender had left for the night and then proceeded to tell us to have a great night with a very sarcastic tone. I am a patient person and I don’t ever complain about a restaurant. I am so disappointed in this restaurant and the quality of the service. I really hope this was just an off night.

Passing through town on business, staying at the hotel next door. Walked in, restaurant half empty, asked for a table and the guy was like nah, we’re too busy for a table for one. Might be ok, but don’t be passing through town by yourself, make sure you’re with a bunch of friends because they don’t appear to want or need your business. Kinda just makes you smile. Glad they’re doing so well. I’ll eat when I get back home to New Orleans, they feed everyone!

This was our 3rd time at the Laffa; last night to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We always enjoy the Laffa because the food captures real authentic middle eastern flavor. The service is always excellent and the prices are at a welcome value. Our daughter said the Esau soup was great. We had the falafel dinner with the variety of sauces. The waiters wear masks and the place is always super clean. It is spacious with great ambiance. The Laffa is one of our happiest restaurants to go to in Tulsa. Highly RECOMMENDED and never disappointing.
