Disgusting Place, Disgusting Service, Disgusting Food Happy Meals missing the toys/pokemon card (they ran out), the chicken burgers came in non promo boxes, so missed out on 2 monopoly tickets, fries were not fried, just boiled in hot oil, was oily and tasted like boiled potatoes, burnt my forearm when the oil dripped on it, staff and manager were too busy engaged in verbal fight with another customer to care. toilets were pure filth!!! backed up and over flowing, hand drier didn't work, no bins for hand towels so all piled up on the basin. chemicals left on basin - accident waiting to happen. They dont deserve any stars. Disappointed and angry that I spent my hard earned money in that place Never coming back to this place again.. ever.

$18 for 3 hash browns that were cold and so oily they actually were inedible, an Ice Chocolate, when we actually asked for a Frappe (but apparently it takes 3hrs to clean the frappe machine, and it’s done randomly), and a Large Soy Dirty Chai that was not received, as when the staff member handed it to me (after sitting it on the serving bench for 2 minutes first), it was only half full, the rest was foam. I asked for a receipt, and was told I couldn’t get one, therefore no evidence of transaction, as they were out of receipt paper (it’s not like there’s no other McDonald’s stores in the region, where they could have gotten from), and then when I asked for the Manager to call me, as I had no time to go in for a complaint, he came to the window and said, just ring the store this afternoon (he wouldn’t be there, and they don’t give out direct numbers for the store). Not actually sure why I persist with this “convenience”! 🤬 $20 better spent elsewhere …

I’m over 60 and snd return at McDonald’s in 4 continents! This was the worst McDonald’s we have ever visited. The toilets were locked which would suggest they were being monitored by staff. But no. One had the cover removed off the loo roll with none left where someone had likely tried to rescues themselves when it ran out. The other was full of vomit and blood splashed all over the inside of the rim and under the seat. I hate to imagine what their food hygiene is like. When I advised the girl on the desk about the toilet she grunted at me and walked off. Will be reporting this to the relevant bodies as I see others commented on this before and it’s been ignored. My husband said the mens was filthy too and that the basin had likely not been cleaned for weeks. Disgusting and potentially an unsafe place to dine.

Served at the counter by an indifferent young woman who appeared to want to be elsewhere. Placed a takeaway order for two meals with drinks plus some extra add ons for our travelling companions. I had to beg for a drink holder, I don't know how they expected one person to carry two drinks plus a large bag without dropping anything. After eating, we discovered that they had only put one napkin in the bag. Did they expect us to share? I don't like to waste napkins but since there were two meals packed, surely it stands to reason you would include at least two napkins.

Honestly the worst McDonald's store I have ever visited. Not even worth the 1 star rating. 10.30 am the store itself was not clean. Asked for the key to use the toilets and was told to wait by the door. Entering the ladies, both cubicles were filthy blood on one seat. The other had no toilet paper. Rubbish by the sink and on the floors. Decided not to eat there and definitely would not return.
