The staff was amazing they were short staffed but everyone got their orders. Not sure of the managers name but she had to deal with a very rude customer. She did an awesome job keeping her cool while this guy berated her in front of others because he had to wait a whole 7 minutes for his order. I figure if you can't wait don't stop in.

Disappointed in the food today, but the customer care from the general manager has set a new standard I've never received before. Thanks for your care, kindness and attention to detail. I will return to this location specifically because of the outstanding customer service. 10 stars from me! Thank you 😊

I went through drive thru. Not my order but I was disgusted when I saw an employee hand the window girl a small fry no bag and some of the fries fell in her hand and she picked them up no gloves and put the back it the fry bag, laid them on counter then handed me my smoothie. The person behind me who ordered these fries had no idea. I try to call them and no body answers. I called .3 times. That is unsanitary, and just gross. If they just answered the phone I would of not posted this. Just gross

This time the food was hot, fresh and juicy. Very satisfied. Most times I'm not cause I know the food sits in the warmers and dries out. However, the young woman at the window clearly doesn't get customer service. Hands me my bad & drink. I asked if there was ketchup in the bag. Her response was "yeah" but in a tone as if I was disturbing her conversation she was having with another employee. No thank you or any greeting. That's not the McDonalds way. 4 stars go for the food. 1 Star for customer service.

The whole staff is amazing and I went during a really busy time (I think a nearby highschool was out for lunch break) but the staff remained composed and served everyone quickly. I think the managers Brandon and Leanne were pitching in as well. One of the best run McDonald's that I've seen.

Meals here are good as its McDonald's...but this rating is for the manager (small lady). Its been couple of times now.. I've seen her speaking rude with its Customers over nothing and trying to rule them..as if they are her employees. Also she tries bulling the inoscent delivery guys who are just doing their job.. I don't know why she's into this job when she can't speak polite.

Very bad service. Girl at 6:30am was extremely rude. No sense of hygiene and cross contamination, when I gently asked her to not touch the lid where I supposed to drink it from she told me if im that scared of covid don't come here. I was speechless. When I went to report her in the evening after my shift ended, store manager told me she's also a manager. I was left speechless. She was extremely unprofessional, rude and just grumpy. No greetings, no smile, just made me feel unwelcome. I would never go to that location again. King George and 64 Ave Surrey

Absolutely useless staff. Went there tonight, got handed my drinks and was asked to wait in the stall. Idled there for half an hour, went to ask them what was the issue, all I got replied with was “we’re closed.” So I got served my drinks and no food 🤷♂️ 2 drinks for $22.00 is fair I guess. This is why fast food workers shouldn’t get more than $15 an hour.
