Mcdonald's

I have been visiting this location over 20 years. Mostly drive-thur service .This McDonald's is quite efficient also service is acceptable. It is the best McDonald's for its consistency for the coffee & ice coffee unlike the one on Scott Road near 84Ave that location. Avoid that location unless you dont order coffee. Also service is acceptable.

I was given cheeseburgers with cheese that was sitting under heat for too long and the manager refused to replace them with fresh burgers or assist in any way. She said it was because I ordered 30 minutes prior but these looked like this only 10 minutes after purchase when I got home. I do not recommend this location.

I had the seriously chicken. Was surprised at how good it was. Fresh lettuce , tomato, onion. Didn’t feel like fast food. I took away two stars. Only two guests in house including myself at 5:30 pm. On a holiday. Dirty trays on tables and the washroom wasn’t what you’d expect. I should mention the counter staff was very polite and fast !! I recently removed 2 stars. This is my reason.. unable to get any ice cream at this location. This is two summers in a row... with no ice cream. Seems like every McDonald’s on the planet serves it but this one. I’m going to remove the last remaining start next Time I stop in for a meal and am unable to order myself desert. Update, If you know about the ice cream machine conspiracy.....you know. so I am returning two stars

Will they EVER fix the huge potholes in the yard?? The screen wasn't working one day so it was darkened. I couldn't believe how dirty and disgusting it was. It's never been cleaned even once. Not sure how you rate food at McDonalds...I mean it's McD, we all know what it is. You either like it or you don't. I just go for coffee pretty regularly as I like it better than Tim Hortons and the location is convenient on my way to work. The staff are all pretty good, but it varies. My issue is with their yard maintenance.

Very bad service long wait time and night time old lady was very disrespectful and give me poutine with cold fries and cold gravy i think owner have to watch his store they were talking with each other not attending the customer check your camera footage 2:15 to 2:32 am Very much disappointment i am so sad to eat my cold meal and never ever come to this location

This place is amazing…ly nasty. From rude employees, to broken toilet seats, piss smell throughout the dining area blood on one of the seats, crackheads shooting up in the bathroom… which also has a broken door, dirty floors and much more! Don’t be surprised if you find a couple flies nesting in your burger.
