I went to this location to get a croissant, and ended up waiting 15 minutes just to end up not getting anything. I was the only person waiting in line, and was not acknowledged at all. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked if I was able to just order the croissant, pay and leave, and they said to just wait and give them a minute. They took too long, so I ended up leaving. I will not be returning to this location.

Check your drinks before leaving this location! I have had 2 separate occasions where we received coffee instead of steeped tea. The first time, a girl took our order and we asked about donuts after ordering our tea. We chose our donuts and she asked triple triple, right? Without specifying the drink so we confirmed that it was steeped tea. Got our drinks and we’re about to drive out of the gas station when the smell of coffee filled the car. We automatically circled back to the window where we were met with denial and an attitude after explaining the mix up. She only then replaced the drinks after my bf became hostile with her. The second time was just last night. A guy took our order of 2 steeped teas once again but the screen read coffee. We confirmed with him before driving to the window and he quickly answered, “okay” which should have settled our worry of getting the wrong drinks again. We left quickly (hence the use of the drive thru) and realized our drinks were wrong again! If we wanted something else, we would have ordered it! And if you hate your job so much maybe it’s time to look elsewhere! Beware!!

Went there to this gas station , bought a drink at Timmy's and lottery tickets in the early hours of the morning ,sat down at a table and chairs and was told I couldn't sit their ,I asked why don't you have a sign stating that this area is closed or put the chairs to one side so customers understand why they can't sit their after hours, the gas station attendant was not interested with my concern so I suggested the same at Timmy's He was very rude ,his employer should be aware, this is why people don't want to come back

Poor customer service, they don’t serve any menu options during night, just the drinks. The girl on the shift was rude, might be she doesn’t like working here, better get staff who really want to serve the customers 24 hours, otherwise no fun of displaying items on screens overnight. Went there at 11:45 and was denied to provide any wraps, potato wedges and when asked what they serve she said just the drinks. Even during the afternoons when I visited this location, they hardly have potato wedges available I mean if you know if something from menu is on demand better have it in stock then to say so sorry it’s no more available for today, the baker is no longer working. Just fed up

Absolute rudeness! Zero hospitality, zero basic politeness !! And for no cause. I’m a polite well spoken person. Ordered in drive thru, pulled up ZERO greeting, grabbed my card, practically threw the bag at me, I asked how much was left on my gift card she said look on the receipt I don’t know, checked my order, missing item, drove back around, zero apology, asked for a different cinnamon bun mine was burnt, they show me another saying “they all look same” I say “so all burnt ? “. No offer of something else no apology just a blank stare. There was no need as the drive thru was empty just me. The gas station staff always polite .
