Dunkin'

I changed to this location, they HAD a wonderful morning crew, made my drink perfect. Next thing I know brand new staff and all of the sudden they did not have frozen coffee ingredients almost a week. (Strike 1) Went today to get a frozen coffee with Carmel, shot of expresso and whip cream…does this look correct? Crew was nice but need drink training. (Strike 2) ((this is what it looked like when I got home)) First one was made wrong and second one was too. DD has gone down hill. One more bad visit at any location I’m done with you!

This store infuriates me. They only take one drive customer at a time. So they will take your order and tell you to pull up. Then proceed not to take another drive thru order until the previous cars pulls away from the window. Its takes 20+mins to go through the drive through. The hashbrowns are really hard and feel like I'm going to break my teeth one day. And its like this consistently enough to where I don't order hashbrowns anymore. There has been multiple times they run out of Caramel swirl along as other flavors as well..... Ive seen everything at this store from customers getting yelled at by employees to employees fighting with each behind the counter. Seriously, this store needs alot of attention to make it all right again.

I truly cannot believe this place has the DD name. I never come to this DD as it's not near where I live. I did come to this location two years ago. Ordered ice cream. They were out of everything. I mean, everything. Fast forward to today. Again, came for ice cream. They basically had nothing. I mean, nothing. The owner seriously needs to read all of these comments. Every single review, with the exception of a few, have given a 1 star rating. I would have given zero stars if I could.

Not sure if a new Manager and crew is at this location from before, but the last two times I’ve gone it has been very polite and courteous service. With an actual “pep in their step” to make sure that the line moves quickly and efficient. Whatever crew is working there now, take care of them and don’t let them leave for a different opportunity

This 5 star review goes to the individual that worked Sunday 5/15/22 around 1:00pm. This gentleman was the ONLY EMPLOYEE working. After seeing 3+ cars leaving the speaker before I ordered, and an individual walking up to the store and leaving empty handed, I thought the store was closed. I drove up to the window, and the man working immediately recognized and said he would take my order as soon as he was done with the in store line. He apologized, took my order and had me pull up to wait for my sandwiches. I give him MAJOR props for deciding to work knowing he’s the only one, deciding to continue to work after going non stop, keeping customers at ease, and giving accurate orders while keeping great customer service. These days you don’t see that dedication anymore. This guy needs some recognition.

This is the worst Dunkin' donuts I've ever been to. I go to Duncan all the time. I even have the app on my phone. I have sat at the drive-thru while they were open for more than 5 minutes before that someone even acknowledged me. One time I walked into the store and the door was open all the lights were on but there was no employees in sight. I called out to see if there was anybody working. No answer. I called the cops after that I thought they had been robbed turns out they're just lazy. This is the worst Dunkin donuts on the planet Earth.
