On the whole a good bowl of fishball noodles. What really stood out for me was the thick slabs of liver and also the soft fishball. However, the queue is always very long and if you’re not a fan of liver, you probably can skip this. To be honest, the portions are way too small. After reading the reviews I went straight for the $5 version with extra noodles and extra ingredients. But after eating everything I was only half full. The $3.50 version would be more like a snack.

Queue for 5-8 mins as it was near to closing. Ordered $3.50+$1.00. Noodles cooked just right, nice texture and well flavoured. Fish balls are chewy. Meat & livers are very fresh. Very old school. $4.50 is reasonable.

Old school noodles style and the liver is of appropriate thickness and soft. For guy’s consumption, add $0.50 for the additional noodles is a must. As what others mentioned, prepare to queue for a while before ur turn

🎤 drop......simple bowl of handmade fishball and meatball noodle that is so well made that has people coming in at 5.30 Saturday morning to queue. Find me another stall that has such die hard fan supporters. Back again for the dried mee kia...think I prefer the soup version.

First time to Sembawang hills food centre. Heard alot about this stall, happened to be nearby and decided to give this stall a try. Reached the food centre around 12pm and immediately noticed the snake long queue for this particualr stall. I waited close for an hour before it was my turn to order. Prices for the fishball noodle starts from SGD$3 onward. Each bowl of noodle comes with sliced fishcake, liver and fishball. Noodle was nicely cooked, texture of noodle was springy. This bowl of noodle has that 古早味. Portion is quite little, would recommend you to add on 50cents for extra noodle. Their liver is one of the best i have tried so far, cooked to perfection. Overall, quite a good bowl of fishball noodle if you dont mind the long waiting time.

Nice bowl of old school fishball noodle with well cooked pork liver. Brings me back 40 years after 1st sip of the soup, so comforting. For $3 can’t really complain and only problem is the queue. But they say nice food must q right? Friendly aunty patiently take your order and ensure they customise every bowl to your liking. Will try again if the queue is not so long. Recommend to add $1 for a more satisfying bowl since already q so long.

Extremely old school minced meat noodles. It has a super long queue in the mornings, and I can understand why they garner such a crowd to support them. It's very traditionally done, and the taste is good. Did a fishball noodles (dry) upsized with extra meatballs, and it made a good breakfast meal. Noodles could have been a little more, but it ended up being comfortable, albeit not the most satisfied I've felt after noodles. Fish balls and meat balls are hand made so it gave a good texture that I needed, which didn't feel very factory made. Love that they have pig liver too.
