Carousel Buffet

Went for a buffet lunch with my family (one day before Father’s Day). Good spread overall but honestly I mean, the seafood quality isn’t anything to shout about. Come if you want to eat a variety of food, but don’t really care about the quality. This is a place that I would say quantity > quality. Asian, western, Indian, Korean, Japanese, Fusion cuisine.

went for the high tea buffet and most of the food was nothing to write home about. lackluster spread (probably only 40-50 dishes) and none were particularly outstanding. From what I can remember, laksa and fried noodles were just ok and dim sum, pastries like muffins, and fried carrot cake were very disappointing. there was also a really bizarre and bad "pizza" made of a waffle topped with cheese and sausages which can't hold a candle to the real deal. on the bright side, I enjoyed their kebab/taco (although the service staff at the station was a little sloppy) and rendang pasta. seafood was decently fresh. desserts were quite good, especially the Thai milk tea gelato and some of the cakes. service was quite friendly. Overall an affordable buffet - but there are better uses of your money. PS. why is this $$$ on gmaps... definitely not for the high tea buffet

Very bad experience Sashimi tuna got iron taste, salmon was slimy, had a hard time to swallow Cold dish prawns and lobster claws are not fresh and salty Steak is so touch to chew Lamb is minced and not nice too Fish maw soup can’t find fish maw only mushrooms Not worth the price at all! Paying for hotel price but getting cheap budget hotel food. Will never go back again.
