If I could give 0 starts I would. The customer service is 0, they are passive aggressive. She didn’t know what we’re talking about so she yelled to come to the window. She also gave us half of our food we ordered (half fries, half chicken poppers) literally almost nothing in the boxes. I never had this problem at any jack in the box but here. We paid full price for less than half.

Haven't had fast food in nearly a year bit that changed last Saturday. Jumbo Jack with extra veggies, no cheese and with some fries in it. Delicious. Oh Jack in the Crack you slay me

This is a very strange place. As soon as I entered I was met with the overpowering scent of an elderly woman. When I approached the counter another customer—a very small very odd man—began to wretch in my direction. It was clearly directed at me and became more and more guttural. I hesitantly ordered the “Rigby’s Special”, however I was handed a nearly depleted wax candle and a small basket of olives. I was in a hurry so I gobbled down the olives, threw the candle at the gurgling man, and departed this bizarre store.

I went through the drive through and asked what was in one of their sandwiches and they told me they didn't know and dismissed my question. To be honest, that was really weird. Also, their salads leave a lot to be desired.

This place is in a location that feels a bit shady at night, but since the dining rooM is perpetually closed and it’s drive through only, I guess the potential for danger is sort of mitigated. Food was fresh and the workers are friendly, will definitely go back some time.

Use of personal cell phone shouldn't be allowed working with food. Cross contamination. Lady was on it the entire time I was waiting for my order and handling drinks and food products. I also was charged $6.99 for a small combo that was advertised for $4.99. Definitely will not return.

Making the best out of a bad situation. Extremely busy intersection, practically gridlock at times and the parking lot is crumbling.
BUT, the staff was very nice and gracious and the food tasted pretty fresh.

The store looks clean the staff is really friendly they're usually pretty fast and I don't order in a vehicle currently they only have drive-thru open and they do allow walk ups and they process everyone in a timely and friendly fashion. The food has always been fresh.
