Got my whole order wrong tryna call them all evening no answer tries to call the area director whos number is on the receipt guess what phone number out of service!! They take too long and that's that their wasn't any customers. After I get home they were missing 2large fries 2 Oreo blast and a hot dog. After being annoyed and having to go back. They sounded annoyed because I had to go back. Then when I get the rest of my stuff from my 80 dollar order and get home there was trash in the Oreo shake. DON'T STOP AT THIS SONIC!!! Everytime I go to this one out of convinience I end up hoping I would of just drove to the one on 37 and new Braunfels. DON'T STOP HERE!!!

Last minute decision for Sonic. Great decision! We ordered cheese burgers, tater tots and enjoyed everything! Why? Because everything we ordered was fresh, tasty and delicious!

First, bathroom was disgusting..figured short staff but service was horrible! Food was lukewarm and tasteless. And we had to wait 25 minutes for our shake they forgot to bring the first time while the manager and employee with headset kept running to back of building with what I'm assuming was an off the clock employee because she was in and out of the kitchen too. You tell me why two men and a scantily clad female need to disappear for 15 minutes at a time??!! Absolutely worst visit to Sonic ever!!!!

The fries were really good - very crispy. The American Hot Dog was also very good - had all the toppings already on it. I also got their Corn Dog, which was everything a corn dog should be. I got their Cherry Lemonade and wish I got their normal Lemonade but still enjoyed the drink. It was sufficiently sweet and the cherry flavor wasn't too overpowering. Fast and easy service.

... i mean, whatever this was i got was not what i ordered at all... not even close, it was supposed to be a super sonic breakfast burrito... i ordered 2. Both where exactly the same as this one. Perhaps made by someone slightly confused. The young man who took my order seemed confused, Perhaps he was new. But i was charged for the right thing... just received something random.

Poor. Very poor management.
Giving our credit card to other customers and then those customers trying to charge 1600 dollars from Saks New York on it and then try it at HEB on WW White. It was reported and hopefully they get caught with fraud.
The employee should also be charged with fraud.
Where is the 0 stars on this.
All the employees need to be replaced for this kind of actions.

I ordered the new pickle combo the sandwich was dry they didn't put cheese on it and it tasted like it was old; I won't be going back to that sonic or any other for that matter and if was that easy to loose me as a costumer believe me when I say that I won't be the only one.
