This is the best-kept restaurant secret in central San Antonio. It is located in a tucked-away small space off of Broadway (near the Witte Museum), but the food is fantastic.
The coffee is really fantastic, served in HUGE mugs. Their pecan pie is heavenly. Recently, I had a Bloody Mary Gazpacho soup that was exceptional.
The service is wonderful as well. I love the commitment to really good food. A small cup of mixed fruit, with a tangy swirl of fruit sauce, and a small pile of vegetable chips, is included with the sandwiches.
Highly recommended for brunch/lunch.
