Buffalo Wild Wings

5 stars for our waitress Leah. She was awesome even with them being short staff. Really sweet girl. But the food was blah. Chickens wings were dry and hardlyany seasoning, fries were cold, boneless wings were cold, they didn't have onion rings ..like usual 🙄. Took over an hour to get our food and it wasn't even packed at all. Practically empty. Very upset that we spent almost $70! That was for 3 of us. We had another couple with a toddler that together we spent over $100.. we will never return to this location because this is not the 1st time. We always try again and it wasn't any better. I'll be trying another location next time. This location officially lost our business.

The manager, Natalie, is professional, courteous, and all together wonderful. We ordered a new item that the chefs weren't familiar with (and consequently, messed up). She had our order remade quickly and correctly and made sure everything was perfect. Thanks, Natalie! BTW...... The new food, the new Bird Dogs, were delicious!

Decent food and fast to get a table. However, once we're seated no one took our order for 30 minutes. Four people gossiping and being allergic to work. There was only one person taking orders for inside and out. If it was not for Adriana no one would get to eat . Never coming here again. On my way out they were still up front not working.

This location has the best tasting and perfectly cooked wings and fries in my opinion. Other locations must be doing something different because it is not as good. However, what separates this location from the others is customer service. More often than not, we are not greeted, just asked how many in our party in a serious manner, or wait times for a server to assist is super long even when there's only five occupied tables and more than 4 servers walking about. Then, when we are assigned a server, it's hit or miss with them too. On our most recent visit, we started off having same issues of no greeting and waiting forever for a server, however, when we were assigned a server she was amazing. She appeared genuinely apologetic for the wait, (even though she wasn't one of there servers we saw passing our table) and was very attentive. The wings were good. We went in right at opening..which is why Iwas surprised the fries tasted & looked like they were from the night before. The celery & carrots could be presented a little better, rather than what I would just grab from the fridge. The service was alright. I'll be back for wings either way.
