Sonic Drive-in

Went today and ordered a texas toaster sausage egg and cheese sandwich and it made me sick!! I guess you shouldn’t order breakfast during the day here, I don’t know what they did to it and I’m afraid to ask! My brother and nephew got sick from here also! Should have learned from their mistake and went elsewhere! I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO USE A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!!

Went here a few days back. Food came out quickly and was still relatively hot after our short drive home. Our carhop was cheerful and friendly, as was the person who took our order. My mom's Buffalo boneless chicken wings--a few of which I tried--were yummy. My food was just okay, though. I got the double cheeseburger and small banana shake. My burger was pretty good, but not great. My banana shake was just...okay. The banana flavor was there but it was quite faint. Also, my mom thought she had paid at the parking spot point-of-sale but our carhop said it hadn't gone through so apparently some of the points-of-sale are on the fritz at this Sonic. Not a huge inconvenience but still an inconvenience since we had to go through the payment process again.

I used to work here and the management was terrible. I tried my best to stay strong but I find out that I’m being talked about behind my back and it wasn’t other crew members, it was the MANAGERS. I will never go to this Sonic again. It may be ridiculous but I shouldn’t be treated badly just because I have things going on. I requested Sundays off when I made my schedule and I told them mornings I never agreed to nights but they still scheduled me at night, trying to force me to work til midnight when I couldn’t. Thanks to this Sonic I can’t work at any other Sonic for simply needing to put my two weeks in and I was refused them so I quit. I shouldn’t be “unrehireable” for simply not taking being disrespected anymore. Utterly disappointing.

I started coming to this Sonic in Jan 2016 when i moved to the area. I used to come about once a week with no complaints. I'm not sure what happened, but the last few visits have been terrible. On one visit, i ordered a footlong chili cheese coney with mustard and onions, it only came with onions and mustard and half of the bun was so hard i couldn't even bite through it. This most recent visit was the worst so far. First, they didn't have tater tots or mozzarella sticks. Second, they brought out my order and forgot to bring out 2 of the 5 drinks, and the drink holder that THEY asked if i wanted. Third, the french fry containers were barely filled and the fries were nearly tasteless. Fourth, we got 3 hot dogs and they barely had any toppings and the toppings were just thrown on. See pictures.
