The service was good here. My order was correct and they read it back to you, for verification. If you go after 5pm, expect to wait over 15min in the drive thru. They are short on help so be patient. I recommend the popcorn chicken, it's delicious and not ridiculously over fried.

This place is hit n miss. Sometimes food is real good sometimes it's not so hot. Same with service, or speed of anyway as I've waited way to long at times. Think there having personal problems, hopefully they will resolve this soon. I'll keep going so long as it doesn't get any worse.

Employees are unprofessional and lazy. They ignore the drive thru. Then I go to a stall and have been waiting for over 10 minutes with no response. It is a online order, service is supposed to be fast but the employees are hiding and shirking their job responsibilities.
Edit: I left after 20 minutes of waiting. The employees went from talking outside to hiding inside without helping any of the customers currently waiting. There were two other cars in stalls who also left without being helped leaving their parking lot empty. This location must not care about making money. Management needs to get on their lazy workers.

Worst sonic to go too. That’s why I go to the other side of town to order but the one time that I go to this location they are out of everything. We order a slush but they don’t have anything to make it , then we order a float that just came out but yet they don’t have ice cream. Almost as bad as mc Donald’s , why advertise things if you don’t have the product. The owner needs to get on the ball with ordering

Super slow and bad customer service. Everything takes forever and food is terrible. They never get the order correct. Half the time they're not even taking orders, or the slush machine is broken.

Needs a lot of maintenance especially with menu stations buttons don't work or you can't pay with your card at them which I don't feel comfortable handing somone my card to go pay inside

I ordered in the Sonic app. When I visited the restaurant, they did not respond when I when I checked in at one of the stalls. I finally had to go to the drive in window and they had to look up my order. Even then it took almost 10 minutes to get 2 drinks. Very poor service.

Went to this location here on Military and Roosevelt and ordered the #1combo and the food SUCKED the meat was salty and the 🍟 were burned badly I have a picture of them I had left before I looked at the bag of food. I just can't believe it was this bad so I will not go back any time soon that's for sure even my husband saw that it was no good.
