Pei Wei

I've stopped by this Pei Wei a few times after work to get food to go for dinner. The food is always cooked up fresh and fast. I never have to wait more than five or ten minutes for it to be ready. Food is tasty and price is reasonable. I'm a #vegan so I like that I can get any rice bowl with tofu and veggies. Good stuff!

We tried the cauliflower fried rice. It was light and had flavor. A good guiltless alternative to have. They also have a lot of ZERO soft drink products. I don't like diet coke but will drink coke ZERO from time to time. They have Sprite ZERO, Sprite lemonade ZERO and a lot of different Fanta ZERO flavors.

I ordered through doordash and had this Chicken Pad Thai Lo Mein bowl with everything in it plus the lime that came with it. Omg! This is better than any Pad Thai Lo Mein I've had hands down, I don't regret getting my meal from here Thank You Pei Wei! I'm having my boyfriend try this next. P.S: I love how fresh my food was when it arrived :).

I hadn't seen a Pei Wei in years, but happened to pass this one when on my way to La Cantera. Had my mom with me, so we stopped in for lunch. I ordered the Chicken Pad Tai and it was wonderful. The chef should have cut the chicken into smaller, bite sized pieces, but they were easy enough to cut. I was surprised there wasn't a big crowd of people there at lunch hour, but their food was delicious and the portions easily made two meals from one order. Can't remember what my mom ordered but she was very happy with hers also. I love being able to mix and match whatever meat I want with whatever noodle or rice I'm in the mood for. Food, service, facility - all was great and I'll definitely go back there, now that I know where it is.

The chicken lettuce wraps are so delicious, I order them every time my family picks up Pei Wei. However, I'm somewhat disappointed with the lettuce as there were tons of brown spots on it. I ordered extra lettuce so I had enough to pick through. That is minor compared to the decent sized egg shell I found in my daughter's teriyaki chicken kids meal. I found it in her lo mein noodles. Eggs aren't even part of that dish, so...why the egg shell? On a positive note, I discovered that Pei Wei will partner with you to do a fundraiser for your group, business, etc. Thought that was pretty neat.

I've had a bad experience at one of these restaurants. Against my better judgement, I went with a buddy from work. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was a lot better than I remember. My only complaint was that I ordered some crab Rangoon and did not receive it with my order. It wasn't charged and I was short on time so no big deal. Overall, a good reataurant.
