im amazed with how quickly i got my orders especially for how busy they were. my onion rings were fresh the patty melt was tasty as always. and that tea was superb. so keep up the good work.

Veronica M. Is killing it in the drive thru. She was taking my payment, putting my rewards app in (my screen wasn’t working)while taking an order with a smile. Hands down best multitasking I’ve seen! And my order was fresh and correct! The speed of service has definitely improved at this location.

First time ever in a Whattaburger.
I always think a burger is a burger.. this is the same as most places.
We had a server with a name, kind of like erbalinda? But not quite, I tried to remember her name, but I failed. Anyway, she was such a great ambassador for company. She should be recognized.

I work nights this is the only place open at night that is actually open and takes orders. All of the other places nearby are open and say they're closed to avoid working. I come here day and night they're always super nice organized and the food is always fresh and hot. Never had a cold fry or a flat soda.

I work overnight but i got off early and was starving. Went through the drive-thru and my order was taken by a lady named Priscilla. She had wonderful customer service with a friendly voice! I started my order and after i finished ordering the first meal, she repeated it and paused. Didn't make me feel rushed like most people do nowadays! BRAVO!!! Finished my order and drive up. Got to the window and she had a beautiful smile on her face. I appreciate that so much!!! I'm big on customer service. Thank you so much Priscilla on the overnight shift... You deserve a raise!!!
