Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

I like the food. I’ve never really had any issues with the food. I eat here seldom though because the interior truly needs a remodel. It’s like walking into a nice 1990’s restaurant. My wife and I refuse to sit at a booth because the booth tables and benches seem lower to the ground than the rest of the tables in the restaurant. I understand the soft lighting too, but the color scheme just screams “Blah!”. Someone is making a lot of money off this place. I recommend making the inside more inviting than my local Denny’s.

10 out of 10 my husband and I came to dinner with our 14 month old son tonight , not only did our server, Frank, offer a complementary flute fruit plate for our son, when he noticed our son became a little antsy he said his coworker Heather volunteered to walk our toddler baby around the restaurant while we ate. we saw eating a beautiful meal while Heather was holding our son Tommy walking around and he was waving at everyone throughout the restaurant. my husband say not only is it the best steak he’s ever had it was also the best service /customer service/hospitality. we will definitely be returning. I cannot express how wonderful Fleming’s is. The food was amazing I had the scallops and lobster bisque (the best lobster bisque I have ever had and I’m from the east coast so that says a lot for the bisque). And the lemon drop blueberry martinis yummm. Run don’t walk if you are looking for great food,service and atmosphere the best. Just keep in mind they are a top star establishment will definitely go again.

The food was good but it should have been great. Steak was tasty but way undercooked. The waiter was attentive, made very good wine recommendations but slow and the restaurant wasn't busy, two thirds of the tables were empty. Our party of two took two and a half hours - way too long. Twenty minutes, yes twenty; just looking for a coffee refill and the check.

My husband took me for my birthday dinner. My favorite things are the cream of spinach and the virgin strawberry daiquiri! The ceasar salad was good but nothing to rush out and get. The steaks and potatoes au gratin were delicious. And the creme brulee was amazing! We've been to one other location in Arizona. While we did enjoy ourselves and everything was yummy, we were able to compare the two experiences, and the AZ one was the better of the two.
